The property is located in a 14 acres piece of land close to the town of San Sebastian in the mountains of Puerto Rico. We have 5 villas for families and we have 3 hotel rooms in front of the pool. We also have 4 villas for a King villa fit for a King and his Queen. All the villas have private bathrooms, TV, internet, hot water, air condition, sealing fans, and the family villa includes a microwave and small refrigerator For our guest we can provide private parties at the pool, at a restaurant inside the facilities or two different lounges one with air condition and one open to fresh air. The guest can enjoy 14 acres of nature by walking, or bike riding. At night there is music and drinks or vine with a small snack to stay awake. Villas del Rey is a very private and peaceful place to enjoy privacy and have a good time. At this moment all parties have been cancelled and only family parties are permitted with no more than 30 guest in a close area and 50 in a open area. In order to have a party all guest must be staying in the facilities and no one can come and leave. It will be private.
