This is a typical Cuban three star hotel. As we have visited Cuba many times we knew what to expect. Our room was number 342. It had an oceanview of sorts even though we did not ask. The flight was with Cubana into Cienfuegos which was great. 20 mins to Rancho Luna. 2 hours from Santa Clara. Extra luggage (44...

I read the reviews before booking Rancho Luna and was looking forward to our trip. Be careful what you wish for. The beach and snorkelling was awesome however, you have to convince someone to give you the paddle boat with rope to snorkel in the first place. Staff either refused to speak english or really did have a language barrier,...

Got back 4 days ago, first time in Cienfuegos and first time a 3 stars (fifth time in Cuba). I stayed at Rancho Luna from March 4 to 11. Now if you travel on a budget, not a picky eater and you just want to get away then by all means stay at Rancho Luna. This resort cater mostly to...

Visit this hotel in January / 2015 and now in February / 2017, and worse, they want you to pay for the safe, they make you leave a deposit for towels for the pool, a single key per room. The drinks bottles are adorned, they only serve beers and a rum type, slow internet, in short I do not go...

We were delighted to find an all inclusive hotel with a wonderful room and good food. The beach was OK, the sand wasn't soft, but there was plenty of things to do. Sailing, kayaking and paddle boats. Snorkeling off small reef was OK as well. Pool was OK as well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great for the price...

The hotel is a 3 starr hotel. Please do not compare hotels in Cuba to North America . Go prepared to enjoy your stay and you will. If you have really high expectations then Cuba in general is not for you. Be mindful of what this country has gone thru then you can really appreciate everything Cuban. The good; located...

3rd time at this resort and there have been few changes since our last visit in 2016. This is actually a 2 1/2 star. When booking this resort on the internet the shuttle bus service schedule is incorrect. There is a night time shuttle on Friday to take you into the Costa Sur nightclub. The front desk does have the...

Got a really good deal whilst i was in Cuba from a local travel agency and decided to stay here. The Hotel is about a 20 minute taxi ride from the City of Cienfuegos and will set you back between $8 -$10 The food is no culinary delight but is edible and there are items on the menu that can...

Just returned from another fabulous trip to Cuba, staying at Rancho Luna. The beach, although it is public, feels private! The all inclusive part of the hotel spoiled me! The food was great, I especially enjoyed the fresh papayas(it is papaya season)! The people are so warm and friendly! The rooms were nice!
