The best thing about our condo was the view. One wall was just glass and the view was spectacular. Pacific ocean and mountains. It doesn't get any better. The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to make meals. The fridge had a water filter and dispenser so we didn't need to buy water. The furniture in the living room looked new so that was a nice surprise. The bedrooms had really comfortable mattresses and the showers were very clean as was the whole bathroom. My only complaint was the air conditioners were quite loud when they were on (both in the bedrooms and living room).

A “condo” we booked was actually a fully equipped small house located in a convenient area with a wonderful tropical view from the balcony! A heated swimming pool was right in front of the house. Communication with the service team was amazing: we didn’t see anyone in person, but we received greetings every morning and all questions and concerns were addressed instantly. We really enjoyed a warm winter time. A tip to consider: winter is probably the best time to visit. There were no weird bugs, animals, and the temperature was warm enough to swim outdoor——-in a pool or the Pacific Ocean.

This condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Very clean with updated finishes and we loved watching the ocean from the back porch. The location was walkable to the beach (although walking back up the hill with chairs/etc would be a lot) and many restaurants/shops. Parking was never an issue and overall we had a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful condominium resort. Convenient to snorkeling at Makena Landing, multiple beaches in Makena, Wailea, and Kihei, and hiking in the National park. There are delicious restaurants nearby such as Monkeypod. Food trucks in Kihei. Golf and shopping is close by in Wailea. The Luau at the resort was a highlight of our trip. The check in/checkout service was excellent. Concierge is available for assistance with tours, etc, Condominium was clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean from the balcony. Sunsets were gorgeous. Grounds were lush and well kept. Parking was always available.

Great experience staying for 2 nights in March 2024.
Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa in building 104. Great room! Everything was in working order and loved the decorations. Spent lots of time out on the lanai at night and in the morning. The one bedroom didn't have a door separating the bathroom which was a little odd. The folks staying in that room have to be 'together' otherwise it would be awkward.
This building was close to the road so it was a little loud with the cars all night. If you're used to that or live in a city, I image it wouldn't be an issue. We did have an ocean view from the lanai which made up for that.
Very close to the Shops at Wailea, I walked there everyday. There was another little shopping center with restaurants and coffee shops just steps from our door.
The check in location was a bit tricky to find, but once we did, they were lovely. Would stay here again.

Nice stay in Wailea. Older property but it was kept up. Large living space and lovely lanai with tiny view of ocean even though we were in a garden room. We could on occasion smell upstairs neighbor smoking even though it’s no smoking allowed on lanai. Huge refrigerator, plenty of ice and cookware/dishes complete. Washing machine smelled funny so had to clean it out. Bedroom AC was not working a couple days. Staff were aware and had it fixed. Great location and short drive to all the South Maui beaches. The unit is not brand new but it would be a nice stay for a family as long as you are not expecting a 5 star hotel. Plenty of towels, extra bath products, paper towels, tissue etc. Beach towels were a plus. Staff were nice at check in and very prompt communication throughout stay with text on mobile phone. We were nervous on how to check in since nothing on website and the check in is actually by Monkeypod. A few days before our stay, I finally received text instructions on where to go.

The condos were pretty much as expected. The views from the condos were nice and there were beach chairs and an umbrella that we appreciated. The kitchen ammenities like saran wrap, foil and plastic zip lock bags were also nice to have on hand.

after staying at large scale hotel for a conference and paying $48 /night parking + resort fee in addition to nightly fee and being trapped there because of valet parking, felt happy to stay at condo style accommodations where parking was free and could come and go as I pleased. would be nice to have a jacuzzi at end of day near pool area. check in was late at 4pm and hard to find office but other than that the condo/location was great for us. thank you!

The overall property was well maintained. The unit we stayed in provided a great opportunity to view Maui sunsets, clean, and appeared to be well maintained. We had one issue, which was with the master bedroom's toilet. It became clogged, and so we reported it to management. A maintenance individual later dropped off a plunger so we could unclog the toilet ourselves. (We would have expected the individual to inspect the situation). While it was good that he left the plunger (it clogged after almost every use), it became apparent that a bigger problem existed and maintenance would need to be performed. Overall, it is a very nice property, and would have rated this much higher if we had not had the service experience we did.
