The people were so friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. Our naturalist guide knew so much about all the insects, frogs, monkeys etc. We learned a lot and really explored the rainforest. If you like nature, this is the trip for you!

I agree with other reviews that the visit was way beyond my expectations. It is hard to describe - you need to experience it. It is an example profound respect for nature and for the diversity of people. You have a native guide who knows the calls of birds and animals and interacts with them vocally. You also have a...

This was a very nice facility and the guides into the park were very good. To see the wildlife in the Yasuni National Park and the Amazon Rain Forest in general was the trip of a lifetime. The food was good and the lodging was great, mosquito nets on the bed were provided but not really necessary as there are...

My husband and I are avid travelers and have traveled to the Peruvian Amazon, where we were dismayed at how disturbed the environment was. We have been to a lot of countries' jungles, but none compare to the jungle experience at Yasuni. There are two other lodges in the region that offer eco-tourism (like La Selva) but we passed these...

During May 2014 my wife and I visited the Napo Wildlife Center. It is very remote: After a 45 minute flight from Quito to the Jungle town of Coca, the Napo Center representative met us at the airport, with a bus, and staff that helped mark, number and load the bags to an auxiliary van. The Napo Representatives were very...
