We just got home yesterday from a fantastic 3 night stay at Myella Farm. We all had a great time! Highlights were the horse riding (for me); motorbike riding (Chris); feeding the chickens, rounding up the cows, and playing with the work experience girls (Paige, 4); and feeding the animals and running everywhere (Zander, 21 months). The food was great...

What a treasure! We phoned on spec, not knowing what the arrangements would be for our large motorhome, and we received such a warm welcome and were parked up with power on arrival. Within 5 minutes I was sitting with 'Pink Floyd', the resident talking galah on my head, and the rescue joey, 'Bungy Jump' in attendance. Lyn was an...

If you like animals this is the place to be. You can hug and feed baby kangaroos, you can also milk the cow and play with the talking birds. You can also ride horses and motorbikes. My family loved all the activities and the people at the farm, they are very enthousiastic and do everything to give you a great...

We've had a really nice time at the Myella farm. Most people stay here for 2 nights and one day and that's perfect. Than you can do the complete experience of collecting the eggs in the morning, go riding the horses and learn how to ride a (100cc) bike in the afternoon (also our kids of 13 and 16!). During...

Had the best time on my visit to myella. Took my friend for her birthday and has been one of the highlights of my 18 months in Australia. Picture perfect views along with warm hospitality from an authentic farming family. Had the perfect mix of activities and chill out time, not so regimented that everything had an exact starting time,...

Pros - the activities here are really great, especially the milking cows, collecting eggs and additions like riding and biking. Lynn and Shane are both nice and capable. The rooms are great - simple but clean and functioning. Overall it is a fun place with potential. Cons - the elderly parents are interesting... Initially they appeared friendly but became rather...

Thanks for the review, I am glad you enjoyed the tours Shane and I offered. It is unfortunate that you felt you missed some activities I don't recall this happening during your stay. It is also unfortunate that the company of my 73year and 83year old parents was not to your satisfaction as they are 100% genuine farmers. I hope...
