This hotel is nothing special, save for the great price and proximity to the national park. My husband and I were only in Port Angeles for a few hours each night to eat dinner and sleep before we hiked Olympic. The rooms are dated and the bathroom is very small, but the beds were comfortable (which is all we needed)....

This is an older hotel that charges too much. The rooms are dingy, they don't smell fresh, and there is duct tape on many of the stairs. We stayed for 5 nights; our room was cleaned ok the first two nights. On the 3rd day the maid arrived before we left for the day, and said the sheets were scheduled...

We stayed in Port Angeles in order to catch the morning ferry to Victoria the next day. It's older and rather quaint perched up on the hill overlooking the harbor; but we had a first floor room, a basic motel type room, with our car parked just outside the door. We didn't choose to pay for a "room with a...

Nice clean room. Wonderful view on third floor. We could watch the ferries unload and load and see the spit.Close to town, a stairway leads you to downtown Port Angeles. They had a breakfast with coffee, yogurt and boiled eggs. They also had waffles. Staff very nice. For a older property, it was kept up and very clean. The room...

This place would be acceptable if it were billed at budget prices. But we paid $195 for a "harbor view" room that was in bad need of updating. And that beautiful view they advertise? Our room was on the second floor, and the view was largely obscured by trees. This place has a good location, but that's about all it...

I stayed at Port Angeles Inn after my ferry ride from Victoria. The woman who checked me in at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I had a room on the second floor with a view of the Olympic mountains, so I was glad I didn't pay extra to have a harbor view room. My room was small...

Our plan was delayed 4 hours into Seattle so we got to the motel after hours. I had called twice to ensure someone would be there and was assured there would be. But we almost gave up after banging and ringing the bell when someone did respond. The room was small with limited sitting room and storage space. Lighting was...

My wife and I recently completed a 320 mile 6 night bicycle tour of the Olympic Peninsula. The Port Angeles Inn was the third night on this trip. While checking in, the women at the counter brought to my attention a printout attached to the counter stating that they would not allow bicycles in the rooms, instead they had a...

Our family of 5 adults stayed for 2 nights in one of the suites on the 3rd floor, overlooking the harbor. If you are not expecting luxury accommodations but do appreciate cleanliness and friendly staff, then this is the place. The staff were very attentive to any needs we had. They even kept an eye on our car which we...

Checked into this hotel/motel as it was close to the "BlackBall" ferry going out the next morning to Victoria BC. Situated on the hill overlooking the Pt. Angeles harbor looking towards Vancouver Island & the Lower Mainland towards Vancouver. Clean with an early continental breakfast starting at 6:30 so you can eat before boarding. It would be a great place...
