Everything about this property, the rooms, the hospitality were all beyond expectations. We were arriving a bit late so called; Janet answered and graciously offered to call nearby restaurants for us, even making a reservation at a delicious local restaurant, specializing in seafood, even had a view from the upstairs dinning room. Our room at the property was large, clean,...

Dan and Janet are absolutely amazing hosts (and Janet is a fabulous cook!)!! This Inn is impeccable - every single detail has been thought of and included, from a small flashlight on the nightstand to the binoculars t allowed us to enjoy the views even more. My girlfriend and I stayed at the George Washington Inn in mid June and we had a wonderful time staying at this luxurious B&B. The room was spacious and luxurious and eating breakfast overlooking the water was special. The hosts were very accommodating and overall our stay was outstanding. Walking around the grounds was also relaxing as there are over...

Spent 3 lovely nights in the Mt. Vernon Retreat. I believe this is one of their smaller rooms, but it was comfortable and spacious for the two of us. It included a small love seat and chair, refrigerator, fireplace and dresser. The bed was comfortable and crisply made. Our front view was of the lavender fields and the mountains...our back...

Located adjacent to Olympic National Park this is a great B&B. Styled after George Washington's Mt. Vernon and surrounded by lush gardens (Lavender and wild flowers.) Modern but feeling as if you have step back in time. The owners are ever present to tell you about the building and the local attractions. Breakfast served on the veranda were delightful. Coffee...

Your lovely immaculate facility is a joy to view. Your hospitality is a gem to enjoy. We were in the Presidential suite and our only compliant was with Dish...

Thank you for your kind remarks and also for your patience with the TV issues. It made for some good laughs at the breakfast table! We truly enjoyed having your group with us. And, after contacting Dish Network's tech support department, the problem was easily resolved.

Fabulous Inn. Design, location, and cleanliness are all 10's. Excellent hosts. Dan & Janet know the perfect balance for friendly engagement and respectful distance. Awesome views. Ocean. Ocean. Ocean. First-class breakfasts. And site-roasted coffee beans! An experience begging for return visits!

Wow is what I think about George Washington Inn. Everything you see online is so true. Dan and Janet really know how to run a Bed and Breakfast. We loved our stay from the beautiful rooms to the breakfast and the wonderful scenery. I will be back soon to do some whale watching. Go here and you will be so...

Close your eyes and think of Mt. Vernon, heralded home of the father of our nation. That image is replicated in detail in this first class B&B near Port Angeles, WA. Be prepared to lay out a healthy fee to stay, but as Martha would have said, "My dear, you want the best, you pay for the best." We were...
