Very rude employees they acted annoyed when I asked for my platinum member room upgrade and late check out, they acted like they were doing me a favor for getting my room key reset. I said hello to the front desk staff numerous times while passing through they literally just scowled at me with out saying a word. This is a problem with management considering it was every clerk. I was here on business I work for the federal government and they treated me like a bum I have also stayed at 75 Marriotts this year I was expecting to be met with at least common courtesy. Their GM is impossible to get a hold of. In closing if you feel like getting treated like garbage stay here. Also when I was leaving and asked for a copy of my receipt the lady printed off a receipt from October when I stayed here then proceeded to tell me I had not even stayed there, it was so confusing. They need to hire new staff. Oh also the cleaning staff took the liberty of rearranging my medications that were out. Im pretty sure they did this to read them and find out if there was anything worth taking good thing I don’t take anything like that. I will never stay here again it’s ran by red stone hotel group I can’t imagine what kind of llc this is they did not even have contact info, lastly it’s the same price as the Sheridan. I don’t know where they get off charging 140 dollars for motel 6 accommodations.

Unfortunately we only had one night in this lovely Hotel. Everything was first class, and there were restaurants within walking distance. The room was a very generous size and everything from shampoo, conditioner and body wash was supplied

Very thin walls - you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and the hallways. I was gone to meetings from 7 am to 5 pm and came back to my room not being clean. When I called the front desk they said they didn’t know what happened with the maid service but would check on it. They never got back to me. Breakfast had rotten hard boiled eggs that I bit into and had to spit out. Everything else was old and stale/expired or cold. I asked for a late checkout since I am Platinum and they never responded. Very poor customer service.

Stayed here a few nights to attend a funeral for someone who passed in the family and this hotel somehow made the experience even worse. $200 for a "suite" in middle of Utah, paper thin walls, horrible customer service. Marriott status means nothing here either fyi.

Fairfield Inn's have been my go-to- clean, nice breakfasts, professional staff, reasonably priced (especially with points). This one was no exception. Very close to I-15, but quiet (our room faced away from the interstate, but the sound from the very busy W 4700 S E/W artery was also not noticeable). Room was very nice.

The hotel was extremely clean from entrance, to room, to all amenities. The GM Sydnee was the sweetest person ever. You can tell she takes pride and has passion in her work. She went above and beyond to give me and my girlfriend dinner ideas as well as night out of fun activities to do. You can tell when a place is lucky to have a gem of a GM running this hotel. Have plans to come back two more times next month and definitely looking forward to a nice relaxing stay.

I appreciated the clean and comfortable offering at this hotel. On our drive from Colorado to California this hotel had the best value. The breakfast was well supplied and supported by staff. Parking and room access was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night at the end of our 3,200 mile vacation. Very well located right off I-15 south of SLC. Very nice large parking lot and plenty of fuel and food options within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very modern, clean, well kept and had plenty of space. It had everything we needed for our stay and was very well equipped. Could not have asked for a better night or stay. It was also surprisingly quiet considering how busy the area is around the property. The only negatives and they are minor is that there is only one ice machine located on the first floor and breakfast was just average. The price was outstanding considering how nice the property is and all it had to offer. It was actually the most inexpensive night of our vacation and some of the other more expensive properties we stayed in just were not worth the price. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

I stayed here in order to attend a concert at the USANA Amphitheater. The stay could not have gone any better. The team is great- from housekeeping to the front desk- and made the entire stay an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Salt Lake City area.

Sydnee has got to be one of the sweetest General Managers I have encountered. You can tell that she loves and takes pride in the property that she managers. She is so friendly and really puts her heart and soul into her work. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean.
