Marshall, thank you so much for going above and beyond during our stay with our soccer team. You were so very accommodating from oiling our squeaky doors late at night and then checking on us at breakfast. Do you sleep??? You made us feel so comfortable especially with all our needs from checking us in fast, allowing us the space...

This is the absolute worst place to spend nights in SLC! Next to and across from homeless park. Homeless derelicts confronting people continuosly. Rooms smell. Very outdated. Extremely unsafe part of town. "Manager receptions" and breakfasts are terrible food and mostly continental fare. Poor wifi in building. No bell staff. No room service. No restaurant. Outdoor pool on display to...

This was not the top notch Residence Inn were are accustomed to, But it is still comfortable. The location is not recommended for those who like to walk to the destinations close to the hotel. One block to the west is a homeless area, and pan handlers are all around.

We usually stay here when we are in town for the Sundance Film Festival. We find it's easier, not to mention much less expensive, to stay and see films in SLC, and only drive up to Park City to ski and people watch. This hotel is not fantastic, but it's reliable and convenient, and works for us. We have never...

Yes, I'd probably stay here again, but only if the price is right. We arrived after a five day backpack adventure and were so looking forward to a trouble-free evening back in civilization. This one fell short of that wish. The good: Arrival was painless (but beware of one-way and divided streets) and there were complimentary beverages (beer, wine and...

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from some terrific restaurants and really close enough to everything. It is right on and right off the highway so going anywhere in the area is very easy. On premise parking and even has a garage.

When we arrived in our room, we immediately noticed makeup and eyelashes on the pillow. When we pulled back the sheets of the made-up bed, there were hairs all over in it. The bedding had obviously not been changed from the previous guests, but housekeeping had put the bedspread back on to cover it up. We were given another room,...

Where do I begin? Stayed for 4 nights but had a really bad experience. I've stayed in many residence inns and this one is way below average. On arrival to our room we noticed that our sheets hadn't been changed between guests, lots of hair on sheets, on top of the bed,make-up on pillowcases and the floor was dirty.Coffee machine had...

I stayed here on a business trip over three days recently, and although the staff was pleasant, hotel cleanliness was not up to par, and other small issues mean I won't be returning. Things I liked: 1. Very nice front desk and breakfast staff. 2. The breakfast buffet featured something I've never seen in chain hotels of this nature: cubed...

Beautiful hotel in a great location. I had a one bedroom with a fireplace and the room was extremely clean and very nice. It also had a balcony with two chairs, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for your detailed review! Salt Lake is working hard to clean up the park across the street - we look forward to their continued efforts.
