Everything about this place is great. Great location, very nice and friendly front desk staff, everyone looking so professional yet service felt very personal and friendly. This a top spot, busy but very qiuet in rooms. Great front desk staff, really!! Thank you, our stay in Salt Lake City couldn't have been better.

I'm a loyal Marriott member and this one was in my price range. I don't know if it's because there was a convention going on or if it's Salt Lake City but the hotels are priced higher than anywhere else I've gone except NYC which is double the price of here. Great location can walk everywhere. Easy to catch the...

Thank you for the review. Yes, your stay did overlap the busiest convention week in Salt Lake City, which does drive rates in the area. I'm glad to hear that you had a good experience and we hope to see you again soon!

After a 3 day road trip from Upstate New York my daughter and I had a reservation in place at the Residence Inn, SLC-Downtown. We were staying in the 2nd building across the parking lot. I wasn't sure if that was a good thing. She would be staying there for two weeks, before moving into her apartment. The unit was...

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions! The addition of coffee in the 2nd building might help a lot on busy breakfast mornings. We will definitely look into it. We appreciate you taking the time to complete a review. I hope everything went well with your daughter's move to Salt Lake City!

I've stayed here several times over the years and it's a good, clean hotel. Nothing special but very friendly staff and a good nights sleep. The rooms were clean and the hotel is in a convenient location. I would stay here again and recommend.

I can't rate this hotel high enough! We were initially blown away by all of the gorgeous landscaping surrounding this hotel! The flowers are gorgeous and you can tell they take great pride in their hotel site. They pool area is wonderful. Not huge, but we never felt over-crowded. They have a neat fire area with comfortable seating to sit...

We chose this hotel for three reasons: 1) Marriott Member 2) Location 3) Value. While not the cheapest place to stay, the ability to have a suite with a kitchen (we were traveling via car, so at the very least it's WONDERFUL to have a full sized fridge to put our stuff in and refreeze our cold packs), and included breakfast...

Thank you for the detailed review! We did just recently upgrade our Wireless Service more than doubling our internet speed. We are looking to add a few more access points that I hope will resolve any remaining issues guests might be experiencing with WiFi. We hope to see you again soon!

I'm a Marriott Premier traveler and used my Rewards Points to trade into this hotel with High Expectations. Asside from being a beautiful facility, quite near city center, the rest was disappointingly ho-humm. We had the Suite with small kitchen, TV room and separate bedroom. First the "kitchen" was so sparse you'd have trouble cutting a take home pizza as...

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention; I am sorry to hear that your expectations were not met. Our hotel recently finished a complete remodel of all of our suites with all new furniture. I was told that the couches would be a little stiff coming out of the box until they are "broken in". In answer to...

Stsyed 3 1/2 days and had a suite with kitchenette, sofa, bedroom and bathroom, 2 TV's, large closet and enough space to spread out. Very good extended hotel, room was quiet and somewhat comfortable with plenty of furnishings. A/C worked great & appreciated the Paul Mitchell toiletries. Many would appreciate the outdoor pool and exercise room. The first morning, the...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the convenience of being downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, attractions and bars. We transferred from the Residence Inn airport location to this downtown location for the last two nights of our trip. We had a 1 bedroom suite at each location and the rooms...

LOVED Seeing this review, it is always hard to explain on our website that our suites are BIGGER because every other hotel also uses the term "spacious" Suites, however, because the Salt Lake Residence Inn Downtown was first constructed as an apartment building - we have larger closets, bigger bathrooms, an exterior balcony and overall more square footage than the...

Fantastic Residence Inn. Property was clean & well maintained and hardlines and softlines alike were both attractive and in good condition. Staff upon check-in were prompt, attentive and helpful. Very professional and polite. Our room was great - right on the pool patio. A firepit at night provided a nice evening socializing location, as well as a nice fountain with...
