I’ve stayed in 3 different hotels in the area and this was by far the best, bright, clean, nice coffee, felt safe. They have hot and cold choices for breakfast and good facilites like laundry, gym and pool.

We arrived late after a long flight and the desk clerk was very helpful and efficient checking us in. Even offered us bottled water for being Choice rewards members. The room was clean and reasonable comfortable. Due to the Covid-19 situation, breakfast was done a little differently, with an employee making up to-go containers for you to take up to your room. We utilized the shuttle coming from the airport (tip: be sure to call the hotel once you pick up your luggage so they can send the shuttle).

Beds, bathroom, free breakfast, and other amenities that make it a decent stay. Not a bad drive to various points of interest within SLC. Wifi had some hiccups when holding video conferences but that may not be necessary for most. Rooms were quiet enough so no issues with noise pollution when teleconferencing. Breakfast options were so-so and the lack of masked people made me a bit nervous since you never know where others are travelling from and how cautious everyone have been. Hotel does have hand sanitizer stations. (Noticed that a lot of flight crew stay but they were generally masked up.) Only thing I would improve is the laundry facilities on the premise. The dryers don't work so after washing, I had to take the wet clothes and search for a laundromat nearby.

This is the older, lower-priced of the two Comfort hotels near the airport. The rate during Covid was excellent. Every hotel employee was very friendly. However, with fewer guests in the place, it would be nice it they spent some time looking carefully at each room and bathroom and deep-cleaning problem areas. My favorite feature here was the vanity outside of the bathroom, so multiple people can shower and groom at once.

Do not confuse this with Comfort Inn and suites SLC airport. This is the poor older cousin. That said, you get what you paid for. For $70 the room is excellent, with a comfy bed and is a “fake” suite. It has a couch which apparently qualifies it. The lobby looks like it’s been redone - about 20 years ago. Tiny, tired, and mostly closed off. The one elevator is slow as molasses. The breakfast is a super value. You go down, choose your options (I had scrambled cheese eggs, bacon, hash browns, and a banana) and must take it back to your room. And a free airport shuttle. There is one stone bench outside where you can sit but unfortunately all the smokers use this area. Computers in the lobby. Masks must me worn. 😀

We stayed here as we passed through Salt Lake City on our way to Yellowstone. This hotel is older and near the airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! They greeted you each time you came in and out and the breakfast attendants (we stayed during COVID and they required masks to be worn outside of your room) served hot and cold items to take back to our room. Swimming pool was OK and we had to reserve a pool time to maintain social distancing. It worked out well! The rooms are suites, so they are very spacious. They are older so the decor is a little dated, but the employees were helpful and friendly, so our stay was pleasant!

This hotel is wonderful. A full 5 star experience. Clean, friendly, excellent breakfast, accommodating and very reasonable. We spent 3 days over Christmas. They walked me through driving through the mountains at night just before a blizzard hit and made sure we had a room and our daughter and family flying in had a room across the hall. Even though they were short staffed. We ordered a carry out Christmas dinner and ate in the breakfast room across from the tv. Checkin and out easy pool very clean and fun. We watched them clean and check the chemicals everyday. We’ve stayed many places over our years of travel, and this is one of the best. Grab it if you can.

Nice suite room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding-bacon, eggs, waffles, breads and pastries, fruits, cereals and all usual beverages. A couple of restaurants nearby without having to get on the interstate.

We enjoyed a very comfortable and affordable stay at this Comfort Suites Hotel. Very clean, good sized room and bathroom, fridge and microwave, decent hot breakfast, comfortable beds, large flat screen TV and attentive staff. They have an area in the lobby with a computer and printer. And they also offer a free airport shuttle and free parking. The cookies in the lobby are a nice touch. Just make sure you have the correct address, since there is a "Comfort Inn & Suites Airport" hotel very close nearby.
The only complaint was we had louder than usual water/shower noise from both sides of the room in the morning. Just surprised they didn’t provide for better soundproofing in this area. Otherwise the room was very quiet even though it is located near the highway.
If you need a reasonable place to stay near the Salt Lake City Airport, we definitely recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

Stayed here one night as a layover and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it is. The airport shuttle picked us up late (10:30pm) without any issues. We did call ahead of time to make sure shuttle still in servie. The shuttle is white/red not to be mixed up with another shuttle to Comfort Inn and Suites which is a different hotel. The room is pretty big and clean. Breakfast is excellent and always appreciated during travelling. The shuttle took us back to the airport in the morning and not crowded at all. Recommend highly.

The shuttle is available 24 hrs, with notice. Eating is not far away, and there are to-go entrees in their convenience shop, which we used.
It was winter when we were there - I don’t recall seeing any outdoor patio seating.
