The staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable , it's right downtown but the hotel hallway smells like mildew and it really needs an update! Probably would not stay here again if I had the choice.

This hotel met our needs perfectly. The free shuttle from the airport was great -- although it is best to make sure you check in at the desk by the baggage claim to let them know you are waiting for the shuttle. The beds were comfy, breakfast was good (your typical hotel free breakfast) and the front desk staff was...

We stayed here on a warm spring day. Ground floor. Windows don't open. So hot in this room that we were perspiring. Asked for help and it did come but it didn't change room temp. It was uncomfortable.

The Comfort Inn has the best staff in Salt Lake City. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We stay here every year and find it to be a great location, it has really comfortable beds, a good breakfast and a chance to get to know people at their meet and greet nights on Tues, Weds and Thursday. We will...

The rooms are very nice and clean and comfortable with a cozy chair, desk, fridge and microwave. Breakfast is served on the second floor and includes a varied choice of both hot and cold items. The location is right downtown and there are several eating places nearby. There's an outside hot tub.

A room with a table and office chair, sofa chair with ottoman, a king size bed with awesome pillows, fridge, microwave, wi-fi, tv and toiletries. That was a perfect room for me to relax in. The breakfast was great each morning. Losing power one morning wasn't too fun, but I got by. The only thing needing fixing is the shower...

I really like this Comfort Inn. Stayed twice over the Holiday Season for convenience to the Amtrak Train Station and the International Airport. The lobby breakfast area is a cute A-frame building and the employees were really welcoming. During both visits our room was on the first floor as we had requested. The staff was helpful with our transportation needs...

My daughter and I stayed at the Comfort Inn, and we had to park in a back parking lot that was not lit and there were some less than desirable individuals in the area. I did not feel comfortable walking to and from our car. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms were clean although our heater ran all night...

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was alright. 20 mins from airport and free shuttle bus provided. Closed to train station about 5-10 mins walking and it is in the free area zone. Nothing fancy but great value for the stay.

When travelling the USA, we regularly pick comfort inns. The Salt Lake City hotel was one of the best, and the experience here was why we went on to pick comfort inns when staying elsewhere in america. This hotel offered good value, good breakfast, and a short walk to the main city area. Staff were friendly. The gym was good....
