Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our road trip, this hotel had the best COVID precautions in place throughout the hotel. From the extra table in front of the counter creating more distance to the sticker seal on the room door after cleaning, they seemed to go the extra mile. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful, even when they were understaffed because someone called out. The onsite parking seems to be shared with the Starbucks next door, but we didn't have a problem finding an open spot at night. I'd definitely book this hotel again the next time I stay in SLC.

Great hotel - lovely reception, lounge, restaurant and meeting rooms. Complimentary bottled water in the reception area and a great snack area to get a quick bite.

The sleeping room was very nice and the king bed very comfortable. Lots of fluffy towels and amenities,, Microwave & fridge in the room made it easy to make a snack or heat up left overs. A keurig machine is in the room so bring your favorite cups,

Although they had a very sparse staff, everyone make sure guests were taken care of. The food in the restaurant was very good. I had the crab cakes and duck confit - absolutely delicious!

Lots of restaurants nearby and great for walking. I will stay here again.

Just stayed there Nov 2020 for a personal stay. Hotel in a great location, very convenient to the city center, easy walking distance from lots of different areas. Rooms clean and well appointed. They have a restaurant in house which is very handy and the prices are reasonable. While a hot breakfast is not included at this time due to COVID I assume they do have an AYCE breakfast "buffet" for around $13 which is a reasonable price I think. You order off the breakfast menu and they keep bringing you stuff. A Starbucks is maybe 75 feet away with a Nepalese/Indian place right next door. Front desk staff very helpful.

Very clean and quiet room. Amazing service from the check in to breakfast to check out, everything was above my expectations. Breakfast is well worth the price, and if you are Gold Hilton member or higher, it's free. I will definitely come back!

Stayed for two nights just before Christmas and it was a very good stay. Room was clean and I really liked that they left hand wipes for us in the room. Using the app and the check in and digital key makes things a breeze and super contactless. This was a clean, safe hotel which is important especially now a days with covid. It is a bit on the outskirts but it was a nice walk to temple square. The staff I did interact with were super friendly. I would def return.

My stay was 20-22 Sep 2021 for business. The hotel is very nice and clean, in a good location. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It was pretty quiet, breakfast you will have to pay for. I walked both late afternoons to find something to eat. The first night there, when I turned on the heater, I smelled burning and had to turn the heater off after 5 minutes. Did not want to have a fire and it smelled burnt. So the next day I cleaned the heater vent, and turned on the heater but was able to crack the window so the smell would not stay in room. When I turned the heater on. That had worked after about some minutes of running to get all the dust out of the system. Probably would stay again on business but I will have to bring my own breakfast.

We checked in for one night after a late flight. The power went out, which meant we had no a/c in the summer or hot water, and a smoke alarm was beeping all night in the hallway. I reported the alarm around 6:00 a.m. since we didn't arrive until after midnight and I didn't want to wake my child. Nothing was done to turn off the alarm. At that time, I asked if we could have a discount since we were checking out later that morning, had no a/c, and couldn't take a hot shower. They wrote our room number down but said we probably wouldn't get a discount since the power outage wasn't their fault. I called today to ask about a discount but was told we could only receive points. I was also told that other people were offered breakfast but we never were (not at 6:00, not when we left for breakfast around 9:00, and not when we checked out, which was around 10:30). The manager apologized for my feelings but wouldn't budge on a discount. Paying $200 for a miserable night, in my opinion, is poor service, regardless of whose "fault" it is that the power went out.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at with my family. So clean, cared for and a friendly and kind staff. But in reality, it all came down to the fact the pool was a reasonable temperature. My husband and I didn’t mind getting in pool with the kids. You parents with little kids know what I mean- You book the hotel around an indoor pool assuming it’ll be nice water only to realize you could have booked an outdoor pool with a thin layer of ice that is warmer than what you paid extra for. Not here. This was Perfect and not a crazy price. Thank you!! Absolutely a perfect stay. We stayed two nights and aside from the pool the beds And pillows were comfy, room was big enough for 5 of us, quiet, safe, clean, dinning had great food with option of drinks served. A fantastic choice I made.
