Let's start with staff, they were AWESOME! When we arrived with confirmation in hand our room booking had not been received. Front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate our desires high floor overlooking Temple square. We arrived at the room which had a weird odor extremely small bathroom. The room had one chair and a desk chair for...

Remember decades ago when Marriott was a mediocre hotel, run down, etc. Well, they forgot to tell Salt Lake City that they needed to step up their game. $250 per night for a cracked sink, peeling ceiling popcorn, peeling paint in the bathroom, every single piece of furniture is cracked, dented or damaged. Ice machine out of ice. Soda machine...

This hotel is very well located, which is the major reason we chose to stay there. It's an older hotel, and while it's very clean, the bathrooms, especially, are dated. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and I would definitely stay there again. Rooms on the upper floors are quiet. The hotel has a nice pool but no attendant.

The Marriott at City Creek is a lovely hotel with great front desk and lobby staff. They are friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable and the hotel,is convenient to many spots a visitor would want to see. If I were in Salt Lake City to see the Mormon Tabernacle Choir I would stay at this hotel. However,...

Salt Lake City is a great place to visit, and the Marriott City Creek is a great place to stay. It's centrally located and within walking distance of many great restaurants, shopping, museums and the LDS Church complex. The hotel is outstanding with everything you would want and expect from a Marriott property.

From arriving to checking out, we had a great stay! Staff was very accommodating and courteous. Viri at the front desk is a professional all around. Working in this industry myself, it is always a pleasure to see people who go above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The lobby was beautiful and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool on the second floor was a lot of fun for me and my grandchildren, just the right temperature! The bathroom in our room was decorated with luxury tile work. Very nice!

Great spot for a business trip. Liked the lobby and beds. Bathrooms are ridiculously small. Like the door almost hits the toilet bowl and bath tub as it opens. Other than that I was a fan of everything else.

In SLC for conference, stayed here due to proximity to conference center. Room was nice, clean, comfortable EXCEPT the ridiculously small bathroom, the door hit your knees if you were on the toilet. No way 2 of us could get showered/groomed at same time. Blow dryer provided was useless, like a child's toy. Pillows were all the flat kind that...
