Almost didn't book this trip because of poor recent reviews. Glad we looked at the overall ratings, though, because we have been very pleased. The service has been great - quick, friendly, and efficient. Room is comfortable and clean. Rates are fair. Wifi is a little spotty. Mattress not luxurious but good enough. Well located. Overall a great experience. Would...

Friendly staff, clean rooms, down home hospitality. We stayed three nights and canoed the river 2 days. The Blue Heron restaurant in house had excellent steaks and the frogs legs were exceptional. We tried several other restaurants in the area and all had good food and friendly staff. The river activities staff was well organized and our excursions went off...

This is the worst place to stay EVER. The staff members are rude and inhospitable. They threatened members of our party for walking across the parking lot because they couldn't remember their room number. The rooms are dirty and way overpriced. The entire place is run down and nasty smelling. Do yourself a favor, DONT STAY HERE!!!

We arrived on Memorial Day for a first float trip for both parents, guided by our experienced son. When delivered to our departure point, we seemed to have the Current River mostly to ourselves with the exception of a few speedboats owned by locals at the end of the holiday weekend. It was a great experience. Upon return, the hotel...

My wife and I had a nice 3-day weekend a few weeks ago, without the kids. Very clean rooms, comfortsble beds. Had an excellent stay and the on site restaurant "the Blue Heron" is fantastic. You have to try the crap stuffed filet, it's crazy good.

The Rosecliff Lodge in Van Buren MO is a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great riverside location. The Blue Heron restaurant is very good food and nice atmosphere. You can book your float trip right at the hotel. You get in a bus or van and they take you to a drop off point then you float...

We stayed in the moon shadow lodge, paid $840 for the weekend. They did not mention it was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator and the stairways are covered in spiderwebs, Mudd dobbers etc. There is no ice machine in the building, no complementary breakfast, no cable or no TV's in the bedrooms. While we were on our...

Will never stay at the Landing again. They advertise that the brooks cottage has been remodeled. The only thing different is the price has gone up and they put a wall up to close off the fifth bedroom and put down a new floor. The one bathroom shower is a metal enclosure that looks like they picked it up from...

We heard great things about this place through some friends who floated the Current River every summer so we decided to give it a try. It was wonderful! Our room (6person suite) was great and I loved how everything was right there. Food was delicious and floating the river was a blast!

Have stayed here many times. Everything about it is wonderful! The 6 person suite is perfect! It has a kitchenette and den area, perfect for hanging out! The Blue Heron resutrant is very good. I have stayed at other places and this is by far the best!
