Steve and Kara's properties are in a great location to Downtown, Old Town, the NM University and Nob Hill areas of Albuquerque. We stayed in the Spy House which has been restored to the period of the neighborhood and has an amazing history. Walking distance to a number of unique restaurants and only a block off of "Historic Route 66."... More

The room was great! The food was divine! The innkeepers were so accommodating! It was so kind that they made snacks for the guests! Very walkable for getting in and around Albuquerque! The front door can get "sticky" sometimes, but just turn fully and you'll be fine! Very interesting history of both the house and the family!

We truly enjoyed our visit to this husband/wife-owned B&B in Albuquerque. We stayed at B&Bs all along the way between Arizona and New Mexico and back again, and found this one to be a favorite. Kara and Steve and their staff were lovely, hospitable, and cooked us delicious breakfasts each day. Our room was large and had ample space for... More

Thank you Steve and Kara for another great stay! We really enjoyed it. Everything was perfect and you make things so comfortable and cozy. The living room of the "Boarding House" is such a warm sunny spot in the morning, my favorite for my first cup of coffee. See you next year when we visit!

A great treat! One of the best B&B's we have stayed in. We will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Albuquerque. The Innkeepers, Steve and Kara, were very helpful and made us feel very much at home. Breakfast was a gourmet delight. We stayed in the 'Spy House' named for where one of the spy's lived that... Went to the annual balloon festival in Albuquerque. Chose this B&B because it was located near Old Town Albuquerque, the airport and the balloon festival park. The B&B was neat, clean and quiet. A good value for those visiting the area.
