We had a really good time as we were driving back from California. Not to big but friendly staff. Clean and the smoke wasn't too bad. Rooms were very reasonable. Not much for new member comps. Several eateries and live music in the bar.

Route 66 Casino and Hotel is a great place to visit, with great memorabilia, but not to stay at! Rooms below average, very seedy and strange characters in the lobby and casino. We were suppose to spend two nights, but checked out after our first night. Slots barely payoff, table games horrible, a visit...drop $40...then move on! We left and... More

We came here for a concert. The hotel is awesome for less than eighty-one dollars a night. By far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at for that price. The rooms are clean, modern and I would honestly expect to pay over $200 for a hotel like this. If I am ever going through the area again, I will... More

Ok for the good stuff: kids loved kids quest. They're 5, 9, & 12 & all 3 had a great time! We felt safe with them there & they already want to go back. Your hotel key gets a 10% discount, that helps too. The thunder road steakhouse was great. The buffet was terrible. Waited in line for 30 min... More

We were driving round-trip from Nevada to South Carolina. The room was nice and the rate was good. The coffee pot is odd. There was only one packet in the room and there were three of us traveling. The hotel desk charges $l.00 each if you ask for additional packets. Minimal amount, but the ideal of charging when there wasn't... More

We were driving across country and pulled in for fuel. It was late, we were tired and had been driving through a storm. Front desk agent was super friendly along with whoever answered the phone. They offer a AAA rate and have very nicely appointed rooms. Incredible comfy bed with large nice flatscreen tv and they gave us a bunch... More

Stopped here en route to AZ for the night. Nice hotel, room was very modern, comfortable bed, clean room and bath. Staff was friendly and courteous. Lots of folks coming and going thru Casino but never felt crowded. Good indoor pool and hot tub area, the casino is large and modern, smoke was minimal but be aware you can only... More

2 for 1 buffet dinner. You must have a players card and a voucher! However, no where, on any sign, posted anywhere does it say that you must have a players card and voucher for the 2 for 1 Buffett on Mondays nights. So we were very annoyed after waiting in line, that we turned away and then had to... More

The hotel, though located about 16 miles west of Albuquerque on I-40, turned out to be convenience enough for us, since we had a rental car. We were in town for the Balloon Fiesta, and with average hotel rates running at $200/night, this place offered us an economic oasis -- rates were only $80/night. The rooms are very nice and... More

Stayed 2 nights. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I believe the mattress was new. Excellent service and the casino is very large with many restaurants. The room not only had a desk and comfortable chair but also a table and two additional chairs.
