I prefer non-chain motels to givve the locals my $. The owner was very friendly, and took a shine to my daughter. The breakfast was ok. We stayed the first 3 nights and our last one. It was easy to get to, and out.

The owner here is just fantastic! She made our stay a pure delight. Our room was on the second floor, but was clean and comfortable. All the furnishings are southwest in nature with bright turquoises and soft orange predominating. The bed was very nice, all newer bedding, etc. It was a bit noisy, but we were there during the Large Native...

We had the pleasure of staying at Sandia Peak Motel in Albuquerque the first part of October 2016. Everything about the motel was wonderful.. The owner, Kay, was one of the most accommodating owners we have ever met during our travels... Thank you so much, Kay. Was such a pleasure to meet you.. Kathy & Glen Johnson Port Angeles, WA...

We were in town for a meeting and were looking for something clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and near interesting things to do. Sandia Peak Inn was perfect. Kay, the owner was also the desk clerk. Friendly, kept the place spotless, and provided a simple, tasty breakfast in the morning and even searched out a chair I could use while smoking...

Had a very nice stay. Manager friendly and helpful. Had a handicap king room with lots of space and a very large bathroom. Room is decorated nicely lots of little extras. Quiet, heard nothing from Neighbors, some traffic noise but not bad.

The host was very nice and offered to make me breakfast after 10am. The rooms are basic but clean. The pool was a little disappointing, its a very small indoor pool, the size of a waiting pool. It's a great place if you just need a clean accessible place to stay for the night or two.

This is a nice, clean, easily found Hotel on Route 66. This is my 3rd time staying here. The pool is small but indoors. Breakfast is included with lodging. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and had some nice touches that made it feel homey. There was even a framed letter on the wall with suggestions for visitors. The bed was super comfortable, but the pillows were a bit flat. Breakfast was nice. We especially appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of Kay and Bernadette.

Although my stay was very pleasant, it began as worrisome, the day before my check in and the day prior to traveling to Albuquerque from Tucson. I came across recent reviews in which people who have made a reservation were surprised to find out that no reservation was ever made. As for me, I had made my reservation the first...

Despite the name, this hotel is not near Sandia Peak or the Sandia Peak Tramway. It is closer to Old Town, but still a mile or so away from there. The property is attractive and the room was clean although a little dated. Breakfast is only two hours, from 7:00 to 9:00, and pool is only open 12 hours, from...
