Convenient location to both interstates and downtown. Although the room was nice I had issues with the bathroom; hair in the bathtub, loose toilet seat, hole in bathroom door, peeling paint in upper corner of bathtub and an absolutely disgusting tub drain (replaced within 30-45 minutes). Friendly staff but I won't go back.

Drove all day and night from Kingman, AZ, passing by the Grand Canyon. Arrived in Albuquerque quite late, had no reservations. I'll be honest, late at night the area this place is located in seemed kinda dangerous and dark, but once we arrived to the hotel it was like an oasis. The night manager greeted us and was extremely nice...

I am a traveling nurse and so I booked this hotel until my contract was up. The room appeared clean when first walking in. We were suppose to have maid services once a week. First of all we only got maid service twice. She could not speak English, therefore, I was unable to communicate with her. She did not change...

Place is dated. Clean but not nice. Bathroom was undesirable. Open closet area. No elevator and limited handicap parking, limited parking. Very cheap feel and not comfortable. Rather go somewhere else. Close to interstate exit.

Great place to stay, if you just want a good nights sleep. no fancy stuff, has no pool. only complaint is their pillows need to be more firm and more pillows for King size beds. It is located behind stores so may be a little hard to find.

The room has a small kitchenette and was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was a delight (walk in shower) The one down side was that there was no ice machine, however there is a freezer in the refrigerator, so I made my own. I used a third-party to get a rate of $37 per night and...

The hotel was not very clean and the area did not feel too safe. The first Room they put me in smelled like smoke, and I requested a non-smoking room. So they put me in a new room, but the place did not feel clean and the towels were very thin and rough and the room smelled a bit. I...

We came for Balloon Fiesta, which is amazing. We made our reservations based on reviews back in July for 3 night stay. We originally booked a king smoking room in error. Two weeks prior we called and asked to change to nonsmoking. On phone our reservation was updated. Yea we got a smoking room. Room is dated with no luggage...
