The room was clean and the layout was great. Great quality for price. Pool and workout room were nice as well. There were many breakfast options and staff was helpful and courteous. Evening drinks were a nice option but food choices were limited. I would've liked more options. We did move to restaurant for dinner and food and service was...

This is a great property and my wife and I love to stay here. My first visit was about a month ago when they hosted the NM Armed Forces Banquet. Since then my wife and I have been back twice and just love this hotel. The check in is flawless and our rooms are always extremely clean. This past visit...

Spent 2 nights in Durango Co took the Silverton Train Ride well worth it. Then since we flew into Albuquerque we went back there for 2 nights and took the TRAM up into the mountains it was also wonderful. Then spent a day in Santa Fe should of spent 2 nights there too.

We always use the Embassy suite chain when its available. Especially, the Albuquerque area. The staff was friendly. Being that its a busy hotel due to summer and wedding season, the staff was all hands on deck. There was always someone to help you. The rooms were clean and excellent. We stayed for 3 days and the accommodation to our...

Upon check in I was told that they didn't upgrade diamond members but I could pay for an upgrade....this is almost the typical answer when checking into a Hilton property lately. I usually receive a couple of bottles of water at check in but that didn't happen either. Hilton properties do not take care of their frequent travelers. Like they...

Arrived at hotel at 1:30pm, told assigned rm would not be ready until 3pm, spent1.5 hrs in bar, at 3pm told assigned rm had not been cleaned yet, so we accepted rm change as we had a 5pm meeting. Antonio, front desk, did not order first assigned room to be cleaned in that 1.5 hr wait. BAD customer service.

My experience was very nice. I had a few problems and spoke to the manager and the problems were addressed. Unless you enjoy looking at a roof, lights and/or air condition units, room 605 has no view. The breakfast is wonderful. I think the restaurant prepares too much exotic foods. If they simplify the menu I know will would not...

I stayed at the property in late 2015 and had a nice stay. Unfortunately this time here were plenty of issues. It started positive though. I arrived early around 12:00 and was able to check into a room at that time. One downside was the room (211) was next to 210 which is actually a conference room for 10-12 people....
