First off I work at a Marriott hotel and this is nothing like a Marriott hotel. I checked in for 2 nights with 2 rooms and they were both horrible outdated and not at all what we were expecting. We came to swim as my girlfriend is pregnant and the pool was absolutely horrible. I called the hotel the day...

Dear kjohnson120, We appreciate your feedback and am sorry that your stay did not go as planned. In regard to the pool, our website indicates that we have an indoor/outdoor pool with a large picture of the set-up. I'm sorry if the indoor/outdoor feature of the pool was not fully explained when you called. We keep the water temperature of...

On 10/21 I checked in to the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North for 3 nights. On 10/21, I left my room for dinner for 2 hours. During that period of time, someone surreptitiously entered my room and stole my pain medication that I need for my disability(there are no in-room safes). The G.M. told me that 'in her 25 years in...

Dear Chuck D. We are surprised to see your posting and your comments regarding your recent experience during your stay. The hotel is adequate but outdated. Standard rooms lack large windows. Like most "premium hotels" they charge for most amenities including internet. Far better value for a business traveler can be found at other nearby properties.

Dear homelesscanadian, We appreciate you staying with us. In regard to your comment about our windows, our building has a very unique shape which is where the "Pyramid" in our name comes from. With this shape, there are a very small percentage of our guest rooms that have only one window in them. These are less than 10% of our...

I stayed at this Marriott as part of a business trip to a facility in north Albuquerque. It provided a typical Marriott hotel room- basically clean with a comfortable bed and desk. I thought the best feature was the lounge/ restaurant downstairs- very friendly service and decent food, which was helpful since there aren't any restaurant choices without making a...

Stayed overnight for a friend's wedding. Good room location, heard the atrium waterfall but not any freeway traffic. Easy access to the wedding and the reception room. Only drawbacks were no free breakfast (we ate elsewhere) and we were overcharged (receipt didn't show correct wedding room rate). Clerk at the front corrected that for us at check-out, so I was...

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. At its core, it is a typical Marriott, but the décor and feel of it is definitely NM. The bar and lobby area is very cool and the open layout makes it appear like a very large hotel. I found staff to be helpful, but there seem to be...

Stayed one night on a business trip. This was my second time at the Pyramid and it consistently met my exceptions of a Marriott hotel. Last time my room was at 10th floor, this time the front desk wasn't able to find any room higher. Anyway, not much difference in my opinion. The evening offerings at the club lounge was...

Stayed here to be close to the balloon festival and were thrilled, after driving for 6 hours, when entering the lobby at 3:01 (1 minute after check-in time). The lobby decor was lovely but, despite there being only a couple of people in front of us, found the wait for a clerk long. This was followed by being told our...

This was a good basic hotel to stay in with the family for the balloon fiesta. It had the basics, was clean, right off the highway. There was a hotel and bar that were decent.
