I enjoyed my overall stay the king sized bed was very comfy. The room and grounds were immaculate. All personnel were pleasant and respectful.but I found the excess charges for ordering a neat drink (no ice)to be disappointing.

It was awesome to wake up to seeing hot air balloons lifting off in the distance from a north facing room overlooking the downtown plaza adjacent to the Albuquerque Convention Center. The ambiance of the hotel is modern, professional, and it's well kept up. Staff is personable, beds comfortable and rooms are super quiet. In-house restaurant, Forque, was top notch,...

First time visitor to a Hyatt. Very competitively priced for a much nicer stay than most chains. The property had an excellent restaurant and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay at a Hyatt again!

My only complaint is we could not get the room cool enough at night. We do like to sleep in a cold room. We set the thermostat for 63, but it felt like 68. Both of us had to kick the covers off. Other than that it was very nice.

This hotel was fully booked and they handled all the details of my stay quite professionally. I would recommend this hotel whether you are attending a conference/convention or just touring the city. The King size bed was very comfortable. Because of time limits, I used the hotel's restaurant for both breakfast and lunch and the meals were very good.
