Great hotel, great staff, very accommodating. Did I spell accommodating correctly? Early check in,no issue. Forque: very good food and service. Close to everything downtown. Movies, other restaurants, clubs. A slow but steady revitalization for downtown Albuquerque.

I've stayed at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque a handful of times over the years and have attended a few functions in their ballrooms, and I've always been quite pleased at the quality of the space, food, and service. I've never stayed in a room I felt was particularly noisy; however, you're in the middle of downtown ABQ, so minor noise...

This is one of my favorite hotels in Albuquerque. Although, it appears to be a hotel that is tied exclusively to the convention center, it is also the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway or daycation. I was there for less than 24 hours and was able to partake in various activities in the downtown area. There are a lot...

Stayed here during a brief visit to Albuquerque and Sandia Peak for mine and my son's birthday. Getting to the hotel was a breeze and parking is convenient (although I used valet because it was available). A slight mix up with my rooms at first, but the manager quickly recognized the mistake and personally corrected the issue. I had reserved...

The hotel is very nice. Their are great bars around which is good because the hotel bar appeared to rarely be open. The hotel has a Starbucks inside, a real one. Not just coffee bar that serves Starbucks. It also has a Keva juice. The room was big the views were great. There are in/out privileges for the garage but...

Hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. Rooms were nice and clean but the hallways were dreary and could use a little sprucing up. The two electrical outlets on our desk light did not work and we had to unplug the light so we could charge our computer and phones. We mentioned this to the front desk...

Reasonable rates, close to Amtrak station, great hotel restaurant. Lots to see in this city, great adobe architecture and a wonderful museum near Old Town that features New Mexico art from its earliest origins.

I wasn't impressed with this hotel. Perhaps because I was traveling with a pet, I got stuck with a less-than-optimal room. But considering the pet fee for a one-night's stay was $100, I would have expected better. I've stayed at three other hotels in the area, each with $15 pet fees, two of which were as good as or better...

We were so amazed by the service that we received from the time we step out of the vehicle. The staff is super nice and they are ready to help you. The breakfast buffet was also incredible and the service was great.
