The Hyatt Regency hosted the 37th Annual Southwest Popular American Culture Association Conference, which my husband and I attended. The conference facilities were very nice and we had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were very courteous and attentive. The only issue we had was that the water pressure in the shower was...

We are happy your stay with us was a pleasant one. We are proud of our conference facilities and are glad Hyatt Regency Albuquerque was chosen for your annual conference. We are currently completing renovations to the hotel to include an updated rooftop pool and wedding chapel due to be ready in May.

I thought for the price this was a good hotel. We were on the 14th floor which was quiet and gave us a great view of albuquerque. The lobby was nice and the front desk staff was friendly. We paid 16 dollars to park overnight. There was room service and restaurants downstairs, as well as nice boutiques. We just stayed...

This large hotel (the tallest building downtown) is OK for those attending conventions either in-house or across the street at the main convention center. On the plus side, the staff are helpful, the elevators are fast, and the views to the northeast from the upper floors are striking. On the minus side, the rooms seem tired, the bathrooms don't have...

Thank you for comments. We have a great room package that provides reduced parking expenses for those traveling into town with a vehicle. The must see Old Town historic area is within walking distance and accessible by taxi for a small fee. Century movie theater and the Road Runner rail system is only two blocks from the hotel.

This slightly dated hotel has its moments of elegance, but overall left wanting. This is a solid hotel and love the location. However, taking my wife on a romantic Valentine's weekend, I was promised a mountain or city view. What I wasn't prepared for was the view of the city, with the hotel's personal dumping area of discarded pool furniture....

I am sorry your stay was less than excellent. Our pool is being renovated and will be new and shiny come this May. I hope your enjoyed the amenities of your package which included champagne and gift. The restaurant had a nice Valentines dinner and was well received.

This hotel is TIRED. The shower and tile were gross, the room had a funky smell, and AC didn't seem to work well at all. Breakfast was included in my "business package" and while it was nice one morning I asked for a substitution which was simple and yet I was made to feel like it was't. I emailed Hyatt...

I stayed here for a memorial at the convention center. The location was perfect for anyone going to the convention center. The room was spacious and comfortable. Starbucks in the hotel was great.. Loved the staff! My only negative, not a ton to eat in the area and the restaurant was a bit over priced..

I was disappointed when I saw my hotel room that I'd staying in for a week long conference. My desk was dirty, the chair was stained and my bed had no bed skirt, in fact it was showing an uncovered, off white naked box spring, Sealy tags & all. I called the front desk and they said "Yea, Hyatt decided...
