The staff was very nice & helpful, however, the heater in the pool was broken, the guest printers were out of order & the parking a bit expensive. The only other issue we had during our stay was that there was no fridge. We stayed 3 nights, 4 days and had to rely on the ice machine on the floor...

I would recommend the Hyatt to others because the quality of service is very satisfactory. The hospitality of the staff was most evident. All where helpful in making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

The Hyatt Regency Albuquerque is located downtown, which is not the greatest part of the city, but if you have a north-facing room you can see the hot air balloons in the sky. The lobby bar is not open on Sundays or Mondays, which is weird in a city where you can buy liquor in a grocery store on Sunday....

The Hyatt is in the Heart of the city and provides great amenities for the balloon festival week. The Balloon Fiesta is a special time and the Hyatt takes a lot of the hassles away from getting to and from the festival. We have a third party shuttle service that we provide that takes away any long wait in car...

The immediate neighbourhood doesn't offer much for walking/browsing, but it feels safe and the plaza across the street offers a good place to sit and read/visit, as well as food trucks at noon. The hotel has an outside pool, would have been nice if there was also an indoor pool, since I was there in October and it was too...

There was a dryer fire in the hotel early in the morning. The staff was extremely attentive insuring everyone got out of the hotel and then upon returning insured everyone was ok. The Fire Department was here virtually immediately. Felt very safe and well cared for despite the unfortunate situation

Easy walk to restaurants and pubs. Close to Central (Route 66). Hotel is lovely, clean rooms, very pleasant staff and great restaurant and bars right in the hotel. We had live entertainment most of the nights we were there. There are 2 separate bar areas, each with lovely seating. I would highly recommend this hotel. Parking right under the hotel...

I stayed for four nights and was given a 2nd floor room. I thought it would be uninteresting knowing I love top floors... but Nidia made the difference. She made my room neat everyday, addressing all my requests with a smile. On my first day, there was no hot water in the shower, but a call and within 5 minutes...

We stayed for the balloon fiesta. Lively bar and restaurant that had music every evening while we were there. Service was very friendly. Large fully equipped gym. Pool heater was out of service all three nights, unfortunately.

This was our first trip to Albuquerque so we didn't know what to expect of the city or the hotels. To be safe, we went with our old familiar, The Hyatt. We weren't disappointed. The hotel was clean and up to Hyatt standards, although this was an expensive trip. We always get the quote with the free parking and breakfast...

I stayed two nights to visit the Globalquerque world music festival the last week of September. The hotel was within walking distance (1.4 miles) for the daytime activities, (but is not safe to walk at night). Just two blocks away is the busy downtown with microbreweries (& more planned soon) and restaurants. Also only 1 mile walk to old town....
