Nice place, a little hectic during the balloon festival, good location, walkable to many things. Very un-informed about the Balloon Fiesta, do your own homework and do not rely on their answers regarding the festival. Tried to oversell their expensive transport.

We thank you for staying with us during the Balloon Festival. We provide a third party shuttle to the Festival at a $45 charge which includes admission into the park. Shuttles during this time get direct access and do not have to wait in long lines to make it into the park. This service has had many happy folks who...

We visited Albequerque for the Balloon Fiesta. The staff was excellent. Very speedy check-in, full of information. All staff members were ready and willing to help when needed. Tito was a great help at the concierge counter. He was very helpful in providing navigation to Balloon Fiesta Park and knew all that we needed to know. He even helpe us...

We stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a wedding that was taking place at the nearby Andaluz Hotel. We were happy to be staying at the Hyatt since the hotel looked newer & more modern than the Andaluz and the Andaluz seemed a bit hectic with multiple parties booked in their various ballrooms. Our room at a...

Thank you for sharing your experience at the hotel. We hope your wedding was a memorable one and thank you for staying with us. Not sure what the music was on the plaza you mentioned since we are not aware of that or experienced hearing such an issue. Something we must look into and thank you.

We came for Balloon Fest and stayed from the 1st. Until the 8th. The room did not have a fridge for medicine and drinks until we asked. He needed it for his medicine. Our brother-in-law called and they were nice enough to supply us with a fridge. There were few places to eat in the near area, but I guess...

Nice place, downtown Albuquerque - however, if you are looking for a little night life or many close restaurants, they are scarce. Hyatt was a nice hotel with a nice bar which had live music until 7pm - I didn't visit the restaurant located inside however. The rooms were adequately spacious and the bath as well. There were two things...

We will be going through a renovation in 2016 so please come back and see. Our third party shuttle transportation to the balloon festival for $45...

All aspects of the hotel itself were great. Room and conference center were great. Food for lunch and dinner at conference was awesome! Was disappointed in service at Forque...they seemed distracted or maybe just not properly trained to handle more than two tables at a time. The Lobby Bar was nice. Bartender went out of her way to accommodate us!

Good location for business. Stayed here for balloon fiesta. Old hotel. No business center just a small room with an antique computer and no printer. Staff was excellent. Hotel was outdated rooms. Marginal amenities. Bathroom had dirty grout floor, broken knob on tub. Dont expect a refrigerator or any thing special in the old outdated rooms. Would expect more for...

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The Balloon Festival time creates demand and yes prices are higher during this time. We provide complimentary refrigerators and microwaves upon request. I am sorry you experienced the city shutting down a transformer in town that took out the power of the entire block. We gave every guest that checked in the opportunity to relocate to another hotel at a respectable rate and yes spoke to all guests up front prior to checking in. The power was out for 2 hours and...
