My experience with Hotel Andaluz was pleasing in every way. The staff - reception, parking, housekeeping, restaurant - very professional, considerate and friendly. Enjoyed room service meals as well as restaurant and bar - all delicious and high-end restaurant quality. I also appreciate the "green" policy of the hotel that is actually practiced, not just pretty words on a brochure....

After a stressful flight cancelation my wif, infant daughter, and I needed to find a hotel in ABQ. Staff immediately took care of us and was able to get us a room at last moment. Room was reasonabley priced and spacious. Service was effortless. Will certainly stay here again if need be.

Was recently visiting Alb, and booked at Andaluz for one night. I was happy the stay was so quick because I was very disappointed with this property. The hotel itself was clean and modern but the location was hard to get to, parking took forever and it was extremely loud inside and outside of the hotel at all hours of...

There are so many very positive reviews of this great hotel that there is little to add. Great staff, fantastic food and excellent location. The Moorish courtyard has six alcoves that can be used anytime, including while dining, and can be reserved.

We were travelling to Santa Fe to visit family and my mother-in-law suffered a major stroke at the airport. After spending the day in the emergency room/ICU, we called Hotel Andaluz and informed our situation. Hortencia Chavez's response was, "Don't worry, we have a room, and we will take care of you." And, they did ... for several days! Exceptional...
