We stayed here for two nights were very pleased with the room as far as cleanliness, comfort and price. So many upscale hotels want to charge for every little thing but not this one. Even the parking was plentiful and free. It is easy walking distance to "Old Town". The hotel restaurant is also great and reasonably priced. We will...

This hotel was the worst. Looked to be Grand from the outside and lobby. Got to our room and what a joke. The shower floor had water in between the floor and tub so it was squishy. You had to hold on to the walls so you didn't fall. The carpet seemed old and dirty as did the decor. We...

Modest hotel, reasonably priced and has fabulous service. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Jennifer the am supervisor went out of her way to help find a great restaurant. Be sure and try the Olsen Margarita!

We had a views on the mountains and a parking lot but there is lots of parking. We could not use the swimming pool because it was too...

Once in a while, I go out and explore places I've never been in Albuquerque. Today, I stopped in, ate at the bar with Jennifer. She was fantastic, made my experience quite enjoyable and I will be returning soon!

Had a couple of excellent margaritas. Try the coconut. Jennifer at the bar friendly and quick service. Over and above. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the queso which was spicy. Nice location near old town.

Booked a king size room, got a double smelly room instead. Lady at checkin was a snot nose kid with zero personality and not friendly whatsoever. Found other staff roaming the halls to be polite and helpful. Those people including the maintenance man (who was very nice and went out of his way to help) should be promoted and the...

This is the second time my wife and I had dinner at this beautiful hotel. The exterior des not reflect the graceful interior layout and interior design nor the surprise in the dining room. Two visits different times of the year and each dinner was amazingly good. Great value. Seasoned perfectly. Great margaritas too. We are so glad we came....
