The indoor pool is the outstanding amenities we enjoyed during this time of the year. Encased in glass with a view that overlooks the serene hotel gardens, swimming in the pool feels like a luxurious escape to a private sanctuary. The water is always immaculately clean and at a perfect, inviting temperature. Surrounded by comfortable loungers and with a dedicated area for kids, the pool area is a haven for relaxation and family fun. The attentive poolside service ensures that every need is met, from fresh towels to refreshing beverages, allowing guests to unwind in complete comfort.

This is an older building. We were provided a room on the 4th floor and the hallway smelled musty (my wife has a nose like a bloodhound; but, even I noticed it smelled damp). We asked Geoffrey at the front desk if there was another option. Geoff found us another room on another flood and was very helpful. Cap ex renovations are a big investment. Having people serve you well like Geoff makes me willing to come back again. Well done.

Traveled up to Albuquerque last week for a funeral. Booking a room during the Balloon Fiesta at the last minute is less than ideal. Found a room at the Sheraton Uptown for a reasonable rate considering market conditions. The hotel has been around for quite awhile but I was impressed that the Sheraton has kept things fresh and modern. The room was as clean as one could hope and the bathroom was well-stocked with towels and toiletries. Special shoutout to Ellie at the front desk. Upon checking I had an urgent special request that seemed impossible at first, but she refused to take *no* for an answer and went the extra mile until the hotel was able to accommodate me. This will definitely be my new go-to place to stay in the Duke City! #dogfriendly

We booked a 4 night stay and received Ambassador status recognition of a room upgrade to a suite. Apparently some of the rooms in this hotel are upgraded so they had us in one of those rooms, but we preferred to have more space. The front desk was friendly upon arrival. They walked us to our room as there are two entrances and didn't want us to get confused. Pros: - If you are able to get into the lounge it has decent offerings for breakfast and in the evenings. - New views from the lounge - Lots of free parking - It's located near some restaurants/shops Cons: - One of the days we were there the lounge didn't have food because the staff member was late. Seems like management should be checking on the lounge - The rooms need a facelift - ours was full of carpet stains and mismatched old furniture. - They were very busy during my stay (rumor was that the president's Air Force one staff was staying). They had made a mistake on my bill - not sure how the mistake happened - but they kept assuring me that it would be fixed. I had paid with points and they charged me tax claiming that it was a new policy to charge tax with point stays (which is absolutely not true). I told them that I wanted it fixed while I was still there to save myself time of having to call to adjust the bill. Finally someone came out and did some simple adjustments on the computer and I left with a corrected bill. Reminder to ALWAYS look at your bill and know the policies when using reward stays. In general when returning to Albuquerque I'd probably look for a different place to stay as this one was very average and nothing memorable.

We hosted a group of 25 which included multiple events over4 days. The staff were especially helpful with menu planning, servers and refreshments. We heard only positive comments from our colleagues even though the hotel was fully booked. Despite a number of last minute changes and needs for shipping/receiving materials, everything was delivered with a smile. Management has long tenure and a dedicated team. The rooms were quiet and amenities appropriate for the size of hotel. Convenient central location. Highly recommend and would use again for a meeting in ABQ!

Search for a different location. The rooms in this hotel are filthy disgusting. I asked to change rooms 3 times and all 3 rooms were so nasty. The carpets are so gross you dont want to take your shoes off! They have large stains and rips and holes. I took pictures of the rooms then went down stairs to show the front desk and they were not shocked by the filth or the stains covering the carpets. The rooms that I checked out were 716, 721 and 738. I ended up staying in 716 because the other 2 rooms were worst than 716.

Good hotel for stopping during road trip. Ample parking and located near a few restaurants. Staff was helpful and hotel accepts dogs. Excellent water pressure in shower and the hotel has transitioned away from single use toiletries, which I appreciate.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Uptown in ABQ. It was well kept bright and cheery. Very clean with attention to detail. The rooms were well lit and clean. The staff was attentive to request. Most of all Nate Valdez, Director of Rooms runs a tight ship that is committed to customer satisfaction and experience. When in ABQ stay here. you won't regret it

This hotel is extremely unclean and I would avoid it. We stayed 1 night and the room we were given had a dead bug in the bed so we were given another that had some type of black dirt on the shower wall. Carpets were worn and disgusting and the entire room made me so uncomfortable we slept maybe 5 hours before checking out. Do not stay here if you are looking for a clean room. You will be disappointed.

As a national news producer I have been fortunate enough to cover breaking news events across America. I have stayed in all types of hotels based on availability and quality. The service I have received from the Sheraton in Albuquerque rivals that of even Marriott’s Dana Point where I have stayed on several visits. I would like to recognize, in particular the customer service department led by two amazing Marriott employees Ali and Isabella whom I have noticed on a number of visits always exceeding standards of service set by management and should be recognized by Marriott leadership.
