I stay there for more than a week. Already when I received I got the feeling of a very warm welcome. The rooms are big and very clean. If you can get a room on the non highway site, it will be also not so noisy. I had a problem with my toilet-tank, but the repair men from the hotel...

I just completed a stay at this Courtyard. The location is not bad -- at the north end of town new much of the new development in ABQ; easy access to the highway and 15 minutes from downtown, uptown, and the airport. Despite marketing itself as newly renovated, however, it has peeling wallpaper on the walls, old carpeting, worn furniture,...

I sincerely apologize for the lack of good customer service you experienced at the Courtyard. There is no excuse for not getting your wake up call correct. We excited to say that we will be undergoing a rooms renovation in the upcoming months which will include new updated rooms with modern bathrooms.

My sister and I stayed here while visiting a family member in Albuquerque. It is charmingly decorated with a Southwestern motif. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Housekeeping does a good job. The staff is very friendly and check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The bar is very low-key and quiet which was fine for us as we just...

My daughter and I stayed at this property a week ago. The first interaction with the front desk was wonderful - friendly, smiling, helpful people staff the front desk! The room was nice. Not fancy but nice and clean and that matters to me! Our room was on the highway side, but honestly, it was pretty quiet and if you...

Always an amazing room and property. Care to visitors and attention to detail is evident and appreciated. The patio is warm and inviting as is the bistro area. Mini patio with some rooms could be improved with a seat or two.

Staff very nice. Blankets on the bed very thin so if you are staying in winter either crank up the heat or request another blanket at check in. The new lobby is very nice but rooms are older in appearance. Security in the hotel is sub par-exit doors easily open with no key and the back doors by parking are...

The hotel look is not that of your typical courtyard it fits in the area. Its very cool. They have a nice fireplace in the lobby area with a really nice bistro. Its a short drive from a big shopping area. The rooms were average nothing special. The staff is very friendly. We had a good experience here.

Nice rooms, and a nice restaurant on site, but both are overpriced for the area. There are very comparable hotels near by that will save you upwards of $50 a night if you are eating on site as well. Staff is friendly, only complaint it their pricing.

Stayed 3 nights for business in Albuquerque. Location is very close to highway which made travel easy but traffic noise can be heard in the room. And yes, it is hard to find even with GPS just due to multiple highway on/off ramps nearby. Plenty of free parking and very close to shopping and restaurants. Nice lobby with eating area;...

We loved this hotel! It was quaint with a themed lobby area and wonderful outdoor space. The courtyard is so relaxing. We loved the indoor pool and spa too! It was a welcome retreat after days on the road. The balloon fiesta is just down the street. We could not have found a more convenient location. The price was kind...
