We arrived after dark which in itself was an interesting experience as we were tired after a flight from Dallas and were driving an unfamiliar car on the "wrong" side of the road and in complete darkness. "Bruno" came to meet us as he did every time we came back from our travels during our three day stay. We woke...

If you made it this far, look no further. Just book and relax. Wife and I stayed with Clem for 5 days in April '15. What an incredible place to stay. You can keep your resorts and expensive drinks. Things to know. Breakfast is amazing. Eat lots and fill up cause everyday is an adventure. Or don't leave the grounds....

Part farm and part rescue shelter for a menagerie of stray creatures, Horizon House is the most welcoming and hospitable inn my wife and I have stayed at in the 18 years we have been travelling together. We visited on the recommendation of friends who had raved about it and were glad we did. Clem and Mike are world-class innkeepers....

"Perfection" is the only word we need to describe The Horizon!! Absolutely everything from A to Z fits in the word perfection. From the first phone call with Clem to the "until we meet again" was perfect. Along with Clem being a great host, the amenities were everything we needed plus more. It was relaxing, beautiful and oh so quiet...

This was by far the loveliest place we have ever stayed. Clem and Mike greeted us as soon as we got out of our car and the moment we stepped out on to the back patio with the view of the ocean from the top of that hillside - it was absolutely stunning! We enjoyed every minute of the beautiful...

When I got out of the car at the top of the long, beautiful driveway and looked out over the ocean, that was the sound I was making, "ahhhhhhhhhhh.....". Clem's place is like nowhere else we have ever stayed. This was our second trip to Horizon Guest House, this time with my daughter and grandson. Bebe and Bruno, our canine...

After 5 trips to the BI, my wife and I found a slice of serenity for four nights in mid November 2014. This B&B was by far the best my wife and I ever experienced...anywhere. Everything was superb starting with stunning views, wonderful pool and hot tub, comfortable bed, room, and bathroom (great shower), and delicious and varied breakfasts with...

Briefly, nothing appears to have been left to chance when Clemens Classen planned this purpose-built mini resort (four rooms)almost two decades ago. Each light serves a purpose and extinguishes itself automatically when it becomes superfluous. Clem's home without walls is open 24/7 to guests. The home as well as guest rooms are replete with objects d'art, and extensive libraries of...

I stayed here with my hubby and two kids 18 and 20. We love every minute of our stay from start to finish. This B and B was built with everything carefully thought out and planned to make a visitors stay perfect. Clem, the host, is wonderful, kind and gracious. We delighted in our conversations with him and he so...

The location of this B & B is perfect. It is about 1000 ft above sea level, which means it doesn't get too hot or too cold. The view of the ocean and coast is stunning, with incredible sunsets. Clem, the host, is friendly, helpful, and eager to make your stay perfect. The food is delicious. The room is large,...
