Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Hiking at Lilly lake and climbing Lilly mountain across the road was fun and convenient

I overheard them telling someone that they prefer reservations so that they can plan accordingly. They have a large dining area but the lodging and those overnight residents create the major workload for the crew of young staff. Breakfast is included if you stay overnight and the day I was there it was very busy. I think lunch or dinner is not as crowded. If you are in the area and want to have a meal there I would recommend a reservation to be safe.
