I would not recommend this place to stay. We stayed in the Pinecone cabin last July. The carpet was filthy dirty. We had to cover the couch with beach towels so that we felt comfortable sitting on it. The bathroom had lots of long dark hair everywhere. There was a light bulb missing in the bathroom. The outdoor hot tub...

We stayed two nights at the Ponderosa cabin. I'm going to leave a long review because I appreciate knowing everything! So this is for those people! In my Estes Park lodging search I had overlooked these cabins, and with the quality of this cabin I'm not sure why there is ever a vacancy! The cabin, and the person we dealt...

perfect cozy cabin overlooking a mountain stream...far enough out from estes park to have a sense of not being in the city, but close enough to visit the downtown area/grocery store without traveling a long distance. the photos of the cabin are spot on and it is very peaceful there, even though it is on a main road leading to...

My husband and I stayed in the beehive. It was OK but needed serious updating and after posting a previous review (that is mysteriously missing)with pics of the interior, the owner emailed us asking us to remove our negative post in exchange for a discounted rate on another stay. We did not take the "deal". Apparently someone else owns the beehive...

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Juniper this weekend. We both have busy, hectic lives. It was so great to relax and enjoy our time at Fall River Cabins. From the well stocked kitchen to the bathroom that came complete with lotion, we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The photos do not do this cabin justice....

SUMMARY My wife and I stayed in the Bristlecone cabin for 2-nights for a late Fall getaway before the Christmas rush. The location was convenient for accessing both Estes Park as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. The cabin was very clean and came with everything we needed for our stay. It was very quiet and private and made for...

I had called and talked to John back in Feb. Trying to plan a nice get away for our anniversary. John recommended the Bristlecone cabin and we had a great experience. The cabin is close to the highway but traffic is light in the evenings and hardly even notice any traffic noise. We used the hot tub and enjoyed the...

We stayed here August 10-14 for our honeymoon vacation in the Pinecone cabin! The cabin was clean, updated and beautiful. Hot tub and jacuzzi were great. It was almost like staying in a hotel room. It was hot during the day, but fresh at night. We left the window open and fell asleep to the sound of river. The kitchen...

Sweet space, tucked away. Our cabin, private deck, cozy hot tub room & bedroom windows were just a few feet from the Fall River. Daily housekeeping offered. Incredible location 2 miles from Estes Park in one direction and 2 miles from the entrance to RMNP in the other. The owner, her staff & family were delightful & offered many helpful...

My husband and I stayed in the Juniper Cabin this past weekend and it was delightful! The pictures don't do justice to how nice it was. We cooked dinner our first night there and had all of the supplies we needed in the well stocked kitchen. Everything was supplied from lotions to washes to dish soap and towels. The hot...
