We have been here three times in the past 2 years, and have enjoyed the location, the facilities, and the people who work there. The staff is very friendly and courteous, and we love the facility - clean, quiet and with a wonderful view. The only drawback was that each time we went the staffing seemed to be unprepared for... Thank you for continued loyalty the past two years! Also, thank you for providing us with feedback from your recent dining experience at the Waterfront Grille. We are delighted that you found our staff to be friendly and courteous as well as our facilities to be clean and quiet. We could not agree with you more about the wonderful view!... More

Great stay, great view, and kind/ friendly service. I am picky about the hotels I stay in, I give this excellent reviews and approval. It is close to town and is easy to find. I went during an off season, so it was quiet and peaceful.

We had only one-night to spend in Estes Park and the Estes Park Resort fit the bill. Huge room, super-comfortable beds, indoor pool, nice work-out room, bar with great cocktail maker, big restaurant with fireplaces, a deck and fire pits on a lake with views of the mountains. It was nice to park it and have all the conveniences in... More

Gorgeous hotel. Yummy cookies at checkin. Appreciated the pool and hot tub. Unfortunate that breakfast was waayy out of price range for our family but found amazing eats nearby;) room was clean. Our "ridge view" room looked at the parking lot...sure you could see mountains but first let's see the back of a giant suburban...

The location is nice, the hotel is on a walkway on the lakeshore where Elks are coming every evening. We were given the worst room on the property - room 111 first floor. It is in fact a basement room with just a little window open to the back of the building and at ground level. The room itself is... More

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, housekeepers were efficient and friendly, staff was courteous and cordial. The restaurant offers views of Estes Lake and the mountains, inside and outside dining (with heaters and firepits, if required), with reasonable prices. The resort is adjacent to Estes Lake, which offers access to a 3.75 mile paved walking/biking trail (around the lake), fishing... More

Relaxing, beautiful Resort. The rooms and surroundings were lovely and serene. Cozy fireplaces to sit around inside and outside, and activities daily. If you plan to stay over the weekend, though, be advised that they have a lot of weddings and gatherings scheduled, and it is quite crowded!
