Cindy was very friendly, allowed us a early check in to drop off our bags. She was very helpful answering all our questions. There were food crumbs on the carpeted areas but she took care of it within a hour. She replaced a quilt that was soiled from one od the beds. The rest of the unit appeared clean.

Couldn't have stayed at a nicer, more beautiful, CLEAN condo. The people were very friendly. The accommodations were immaculat and decorated in a bear theme. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed!

We stayed at River Stone Resort during September, 2016, and had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious and clean and had a "mountain lodge" feel. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room was comfortable and the setting right on the river was perfect! Plus, it's location between RMNP and the town of Estes made for easy access either...

We needed accommodations that were accessible to a wheel chair, and unit E2 was perfect! The rooms were spacious, the shower had good grab bars, the entry way was a gradual ramp. In addition, the rooms all had very comfortable furniture, the kitchen was very well appointed and the shower was very quick to get hot water. The location, of...

We stayed in Bear Paw #8 in September 2016. Lovely second-floor condo with full kitchen, living area and king-size bed. Very quiet with the sound of the creek in front. Perfect location to get back & forth from both Estes Park and RMNP. There was a herd of elk that greeted us a few mornings in the grassy area of...

Very nice, well kept. Staff is awesome, elk right outside the door! Beautiful river out the back door. We got a handicap room, wish we would have had a standard room. Jacuzzi tub was small and kitchen and bathroom were awkward because everything was at a nonstandard height...

We came for the ScotFest in early September. We were a little concerned about being out of town, but it was actually perfect. Estes Park is crazy busy and the traffic around the downtown can be ridiculous. Being a few miles up Fall River Road took all of the chaos away. We had the one bedroom condo (#7) in Bear...

Condo was very well stocked and comfortably furnished. The site is lovely...elk right outside your door, nice river running behind, and many lovely photo spots. It was close to other sites we wanted to see. I will definitely visit again!

This is the 3rd stay at Bear Paw and we've already made our reservations for October 2016. The staff is awesome and if you need something just ask. Sitting on the patio hearing the river babble is so relaxing. We've seen wildlife right outside the door. Located conveniently between Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park on Fall River Road.

“The loft design of the unit does not provide for quiet or private time. Because of the noise factor around the building, in the unit, and the highway noise on Fall River Road I would not recommend this location for a getaway. However if your looking for "jumping off place" for all the activities in the area you will be find. The unit we were in is privately own and appears it has not been updated since build. I felt it was over priced. Again the managers were great. Nice people”

“E2 is great for handicapped travelers, Any in that row would be good for others, as they are first floor only and right on the river.”
