The inn was everything we were looking for, and we were very pleased with our stay. The owners were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable, our bed was great, and there were 2 big chairs where we sat and planned the next day's adventure. The room was exceptionally clean! Everything had an old-school...

We stayed here two nights for l/3 of the cost the rest of the family was paying for a different motel in Estes Park. Everything is high priced in Estes Park in the summertime, so was really happy when we found the Columbine Inn. The rooms are rather small, but we only slept there so that was no problem. We...

We have stayed here before, 4 years ago actually. That is why we made reservations again when returning to Estes Park. It is a cute, clean little privately owned place. The little things that are lacking can be overlooked when you factor in all of the positive points. You are in the mountains, who can complain! Love it here, will...

Truly a great value for the price! Affordable, friendly staff, and as clean as they come! We were truely impressed. We arrived in the middle of the night (much later than we expected). The owner dropped us a friendly call to make sure we were ok and if we needed directions. Next time my wife and I are in Estes...

Next time, I will pay the extra $20-40 and stay at the hotel next door. The whole experience was borderline, from checking in and dealing with the owner John's attitude and general ungratefulness and self-absorption of his mediocre motel, to the doors that had merely a door handle lock to keep you feeling oh-so-safe, to the hot tub (which we...

Well, I'm at least going to say I'm sorry I booked the family suit for 3 nights. We should have gotten the pre season rate for the first night and full rate for the other 2. Then we had to ask the second night for more towels even after they cleaned our room and took 5 towels out. Why would...

When staying in Estes Park, all I need is a place to sleep and clean up, with none of the usual motel "frills" to distract me from the great outdoors. This motel offers that. It is clean and has all the necessities, although I would have liked a more comfortable chair in the room. This is about as far from...

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our time here. It is an older, hotel that is maintained in a "family" type fashion with more of a bed and breakfast feel to it. The hosts are extremely helpful with area information, they offer to show you the rooms before you book it. The room was small and so is the TV,...

The inn was one of the cleanest I've seen. The issues, very small TV, small room. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's great but if you want to spend any time in the room, may as well go someplace else to really relax. I would stay there again for a night or two as long as...

Stayed here while passing through town on a road trip. The man who checked us in was very nice and showed us a room before we booked and answered all questions we had. Price was the cheapest in town and they allowed our dog to stay in the room with us without hassle! The owner is obviously a pet lover...
