This is the second time we have stayed at the Wildwood and it has been wonderful both times. Nice and quiet, very clean and wonderful customer service, especially by Kyle. Lots of wildlife roaming the property and beautiful views from the hot tub on the upper deck. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Wildwood Inn was nothing short of AMAZING! The guest service I received was 100% beginning with the phone call to confirm the reservations. It continued from the moment we got there until the time we left. The room was absolutely stunning and very, very clean. I fell in love with the scenery and the views right from...

I googled "places to stay in Estes Park with hot tub" and stumbled upon the Wildwood Inn. They were very courteous and helpful at the front desk. Our unit was very clean and well stocked. The view from our balcony was awesome! The only thing I would change would've been the wind, but that's not the fault of the Wildwood!...

We stayed for only one night, but the overall experience was top notch! The Aspen Suite had a full kitchen with all utensils and appliances to make our stay like home. The wood burning fireplace was a huge plus, along with the complimentary bundle of wood. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. We wish we could've stayed longer to see...

Went to Estes Park for my birthday w/my husband. We stayed at the Wildwood Inn and it was perfect! What you see on their website is spot on. The location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful and they offer the little extras that make your stay even better. We got the 1 hr massage package and it was...

I first heard of this place in a magazine. After checking out some of the reviews on the internet, I started to think twice about staying there. I went ahead and took the chance and I was very pleasantly surprised. When we first arrived the customer service was exceptional. The guy (I think his name was Kyle) working in the...

I made reservations to stay at the Wildwood Inn in June of 2011, for three nights, and paid the full $595 on my Visa at the time of the reservation. The woman on the phone that took my reservation was adamant that there would be no cancelations. We were there for a family wedding, so there was no way I...

Because you booked at the last minute, you could not get all of your nights in the luxurious Sundance Suite with indoor fresh water hot tub you wanted, so you opted to stay in one of our one bedroom Aspen Suites, and these windows can be opened from the inside even though they do not have window cranks on them,...

We've had 2 encounters with the staff at the Wildwood Inn, and neither were positive. First, we stayed a night in July for our anniversary and got a bad vibe from the start. We followed all the directions for the hot tub in the room only to never actually set foot inside it. We were too afraid to call the...

We are very puzzled by the comment made about the phone call on December 11th, but more importantly we gave you the gift card so you could come back and have a more enjoyable experience. We do hope you will use it as it is good until July 2012.

Our first stay at Wildwood Inn was many years ago and we were given the top floor of the type of room we wanted. We had a wonderful experience. We like visiting Estes Park for our anniversary (November) each year and Wildwood Inn was the first place we tried. Due to the good experience we had, we went back to...

Because we are such a unique property and offer only a few different types of suites, our policy of booking a specific suite if you stay 5 or more nights, and if you book 1 to 4 nights we ask for a 2nd option that you would like, has been in place because we offer mostly one of a kind...
