My husband and I visited the Old Court Inn for our second stay one week ago, and once again very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was very comfortable, quiet and clean, and all staff were very warm, friendly and gracious. The custom-prepared breakfasts were, as before, excellent, and when our niece came for a visit, she received a special...

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our inn.I must say that you have a very special niece/photo enthusiast and tell her that Mickey hopes to see her again. We hope to see you again in the near future and will have your "home away from home" waiting for you. Warm regards, Max

The Old Court is very conveniently located next RISD and Brown and has ample, but narrow parking on premises. I was disappointed in the rather shabby room which had seen better days years ago. The only room available was the Miss Marple which had twin beds which were old and lumpy. The curtains were torn, a window pane was cracked,...

Nice old big building, classic experience. As with most b&b's, not great on sound insulation, small bathroom, not very good lighting in room, minimal old television... but very well located for visiting RISD. Bed was... not very firm, if that is important to you. But if you prefer the b&b experience to corporate hotels, you could be happy here. Feels...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this b&b. We received a surprise upgrade to a room with a king bed! The room was decorated with antiques but had modern conveniences of a tv and WiFi. Breakfast was nice and very good. I would stay again. Max was very knowledgeable about the history of the house and area, including...

Wonderful weekend visit with yummy breakfast each morning. The challah bread french toast was especially good. Warm, friendly staff went over and above to make us feel at home. Very clean and comfortable.

It wouldn't take much to improve the quality of this place by leaps and bounds. Seems to be run on a shoe-string budget, with employees running the gamut from actually being hospitable and able to provide service, to being addicted to their iPads and iPhones and not having a clue as to how to interact with paying guests. Windows in...

Found this B&B online with good reviews so I decided to give it a try for our two night stay at Providence. The location couldn't be better. Walking distance from both bus and train station and to everything you may want to see in the city. Room can be a bit stuffy without air con so I have to leave...

Thank you for your review. It appears from your review and the previous reviewer that it is time to replace some of our a/c's. As of this morning it doesn't seem that we will need air conditioners anymore this season. Hope to see you again. Max

This B & B is located in an extremely good location for visits to Brown, RISD, central Providence and Water Fire. We stayed in a room on the third floor. Quite a hike if you are not particularly able, but fine for us. A second set of stairs was directly across from our room, Nightingale, which makes me feel better...

Our daughter is a sophomore at Brown. During our many visits, the Old Court has always piqued our interest. We made the move from the big downtown hotels (which are very good) to the Old Court and the B&B delivered. It has historical charm both outside and inside, a convenience to campus that can't be beaten, and hospitality that makes...

The best things about this B&B are (1) its convenient location that is walking distance to both Brown and downtown, (2) the great breakfast in which you are offered a delicious choice of traditional hot breakfast items every morning, and (3) the friendly staff. We spent several days here and had a very nice stay.
