Stayed her while visiting Providence for college tour. It has easy access to the highway and good eats close by. Brown and other universities close by and walking along Brown is spectacular. Don't miss PV donuts while you are in Providence.

Everything I would expect from a Marriott but unfortunately they do not designate pet/dog rooms. I sat on the bed (on top of bedding) without shoes for less then a minute and got 2 bites on my ankle. Perhaps fleas? They said a dog was in there 2 guests before me and they wou

This Courtyard by Marriott goes beyond the typical Courtyards I've listed (and there have been many). The staff is VERY friendly (food service). Location is perfect, right off Federal Hill, close to the train station, 20 minute ride to the airport. Clean, spacious (the bar/breakf

Stayed for 2 nights for a long bachelor party weekend, and found the Courtyard as a nice centrally located hotel downtown, with plenty of walkable restaurants, bars and attractions. The staff was accommodating of our 12 person crew, with different room pairings and arrival times.

How much is parking at this hotel. And what are the directions to park ? Thank you
I believe it is about $20 per day. There is gated parking in front but not much. The hotel sits atop a garage that you can access on the back side and the rate is the same. The garage usually has plenty idle space and has an elevator that lets you off in the lobby.

Is this hotel within walking distance to the Dunkin Donuts center?
Easy walk unless you have issues with short walks or the weather is horribly cold

Are there rooms with a few of water fire?
Hi there, to answer your question, we DO indeed have views of WaterFire. Our hotel is the closest to the basin, as it is right behind our hotel. We have fantastic views of the WaterFire festival as well as the State House right behind it.

How much is underground parking? Is it difficult to find parking space?
Hi there! Parking is $26 per car, per night. We have two upper decks at the entrance of the hotel as well as a three level parking garage underneath the hotel. There are plenty of spaces for you to park in during your stay. If you do park in the garage underneath us, there is a set of elevators in the middle (of the garage) that bring you right up into our lobby.

"Corner Room 640 had a really nice view of the river and the capital. The room across the hall would have had completely unobstructed view."
"Do not get a room to back of hotel, which is next to a busy road."
"Stay on the front side if possible."
"They have a small selections of snacks, drinks, and toiletries by the check-in desk."
