The hotel was well maintained & attractive. Service staff in the restaurant & bar area was friendly. The front was understaffed, but still provided good service. Beds were comfy! Would I stay again? Yes!

Well, maybe nightmare is a little extreme, however being lied to is never a dream come true. Let me first start by saying this is a beautiful hotel in a great location. But talk about being charged before you get out of the car, geesh. This hotel immediately hits you with a $28 a night parking fee, not to mention...

Hello Brandon Thank you for staying with us at the Renaissance as well as your very candid feedback. Please allow me the opportunity to address your concerns. As you are aware, the hotel does not have its own parking garage just like most hotels in the city. Our parking charge is very competitive within the city and our valets strive...

My wife and I went to the Renaissance for a weekend getaway. The hotel was great! Clean, great location. Loved the vibe. Very quiet on the upper floors. The staff was amazing pointing out the typical tourist stuff (water fire) as well as helping us get off the beaten path a bit. The only downside was the parking situation. You...

Brilliant Historical Landmark Hotel is next to state building and Providence Place mall. Luxurious interior decoration regardless of historical exterior. I received a room upgrade to a suite facing state building, very stunning. Really appreciate this upgrade! Parking was $25. From 9 PM on Saturday to 8 AM on Monday street parking is free. However, street parking was not allowed...

Check in late on a saturday night. Valet parking was prompt and polite. My room was small, but tidy and clean, with a view of the Capitol bldg. The staff seems attentive and the place is clean. Recommend.

This is a very good hotel for business or for a family stay. The location is very good- right across from the capital and within walking distance of Brown and the downtown. The capital views are great from the rooms (the rooms on the back of the hotel have bad views). The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the...

So, here's my second review of this hotel. I stayed here two nights on business. I had a "normal" room and really enjoyed it as much as the corner room I had last time. This hotel is exceptionally clean and a relaxing experience. The room - I stayed in a king room. There was plenty of room to spread out...

I am a Marriott Rewards member, but never had stayed at a Renaissance hotel before. After this stay, I will seek out Renaissance's from now on. I can't say enough good things about this hotel - excellent service, fabulous rooms, great location. Aveda products in the room, luxurious linens, very comfortable beds and pillows. I was here for a business...

The renaissance hotel is a top notch hotel for any business and or family stay. Staff goes above and beyond with their services. Checking in is quick and easy and valet service is fast. If need be, ask for your car to be parked outside if needed for in/out access instead of parking in garage. Valet will warm up and...

Dear BeachgoerMOM, Thank you for sharing your very thoughtful 5 star review. Our staff at the Renaissance is truly our best asset and are eager to provide top level service to each and every guest they encounter. Our valet team works really hard to provide that "little extra" to ensure your departure from our hotel is quick, but comfortable. Please...

On college tour and stayed in a two queen bedroom. Nice modern hotel. Great service and friendly staff. Had a great view from the room on the state capital. We only are breakfast at the hotel which was good. Hotel is centrally located everything in walking distance. There is a highway next to the hotel but since we had a...
