Lubec is worth trip though not test a revitalized town. Inn makes major use of tile floors that carry sound. Not great with my 3 kids as other guests want quiet. Moving beds to other wall or having headboards would help with noise and comfort....More

They have two retrofitted Condos and I was in one of them on the lower level which was a one room motel like unit. I believe that the main floor was a two or three bedroom unit since it sounded like there was an army above... More
They have two retrofitted Condos and I was in one of them on the lower level which was a one room motel like unit. I believe that the main floor was a two or three bedroom unit since it sounded like there was an army above me walking around and talking all the time. The interior walls and upper floor had poor if any sound proofing.
