Connie and I really enjoyed our stay even though it was only for one night. The room we had was actually an upstairs apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and it had a terrific outdoor balcony overlooking the street. Neighborhood walk was wonderful as the architecture of each individual home reflected the owners unique tastes in landscaping and design. Next...

The Adobe Rose was the perfect place to stay for a weekend when I had an engagement at the University. It's so close to campus and located in a beautiful neighborhood! That also means its close to a lot of the great restaurants Tucson has to offer. Jim and Marion were very nice, really interesting to talk with, and helpful...

We thoroughly enjoyed our Babymoon here! Jim and Marion are awesome hosts, who care about your stay at their B&B. Jim made sure we had everything we needed and that their menu was ok for my pregnancy. I felt like I was visiting family, instead of staying at a hotel. The breakfasts are amazing and unique. It's nice to not...

A very nice place to stay for our regular trips to Tucson. Our room was quite comfortable. The common areas were charming as were our hosts. It is well located in a nice residential neighborhood but central to all we like to do when visiting Tucson.

Have stayed at Adobe Rose Inn nearly every year - getting away from cold Milwaukee - delicious gourmet breakfasts, comfortable SW rooms, excellent assistance from owners on What-To-Do when in Tucson+ area. Great pool & hot tub under the stars. Highly recommend!

We found the Adobe Rose Inn in Tucson convenient to downtown Tucson for a concert visit. The property was beautiful, with bougainvillea, citrus trees and other flora making for a lovely external setting. Innkeepers Jim and Marion Hook were delightful and readily accommodated our special check-in and timing needs. Breakfast was superb, and Jim and Marion's company lovely. Our room...

The room was small but nicely decorated. The king bed was comfortable. Could have used better lighting for reading! Our hosts were gracious and accommodating! They made us a wonderful gluten-free breakfast, in accordance with our dietary needs. They also came up with great suggestions for visiting areas of interest in the area.

Great experience, lovely innkeepers, healthy and filling breakfasts. Our hosts were extremely accommodating. We would definitely return and were very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to brighten up our room with added lighting when the sun is unable to light the area.

We chose this B&B while attending a college football game in Tucson. Reservations were easy, the owners checked with us a couple of months prior to arrival to make sure we had all the information needed and to offer suggestions or assistance for things to do during our stay. GPS took us straight to a nice quiet neighborhood just a...

The Adobe Rose Inn is the perfect place near campus. The neighborhood is quiet and a short 10-15 minute walk to campus, including the football stadium and basketball arena. Jim and Marion are terrific hosts and offer a great breakfast, included with your room. This will be our go to place in Tucson.
