The Adobe Rose Inn is the perfect place near campus. The neighborhood is quiet and a short 10-15 minute walk to campus, including the football stadium and basketball arena. Jim and Marion are terrific hosts and offer a great breakfast, included with your room. This will be our go to place in Tucson.

Great experience. The couple that owned the place were awesome! My girlfriend had gotten sick so they changed the breakfast menu to accommodate her sickness. It was cool. I would recommend this place to anybody.

We stayed for 4 nights and wished we could have moved in permanently. Lovely people, beautiful surroundings, quiet yet close to the university where we attended a conference. I would certainly return.

I really don't want anyone to know about this gem. I have stayed here twice, dropping my son off at the University of Arizona two years in a row. The Adobe Rose is an oasis near the University. Small and cozy with lovely plants and decor. The rooms are comfy and well appointed. The hosts, Jim and Marion, are so...

I stayed with Jim and Marion at the charming Adobe Rose from the 9th of August to the 12th (2016). I had just moved to Tucson from Toronto, Canada, and was naturally a bit nervous and apprehensive about the move. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my brief stay! Both Jim and Marion were highly accommodating, extremely friendly, and...

My wife and I, with our 12 year old granddaughter, spent two nights at the Adobe Rose Inn early August, For travelers not familiar with Tucson, Arizona weather, this is our Monsoon season. Somewhat hot, rainy and humid. We loved the pool. Our room was a step away from the pool. See the sights in the morning and early afternoon,...

My husband and I stayed at Adobe Rose twice in June, 2016 and enjoyed our stays greatly. Our room, Rincon, was quiet and comfortable. The location is convenient as the local tram is nearby and it is close to the University of Arizona campus. Our hosts were helpful in suggesting local restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. Breakfast was very good. We...

We needed a place to rest while we were downtown for a wedding. The owners were very accommodating and hospitable. The breakfast was great. The only problem was the bed was a bit hard for our liking. Other than that, this place was a dream

The Adobe Rose Inn in a beautiful adobe house located near the University of Arizona in an architecturally diverse and well-maintained older neighborhood, perfect for an early morning walk and safe to walk back from the streetcar at night. It is a short walk from this inn to a Sun Link streetcar stop where, for $4, you can buy a...
