I can't say how pleased we were with our stay. The host and hostess,Marion and Jim Hook do a wonderful job and running the bed and breakfast. This lovely B&B is in a great location. It is within walking distance of the University of Arizona campus in a nice, established neighborhood. My daughters and I were only in Tucson for 1 night and chose the Adobe Rose over a motel. So glad we did! We had 4 in the king suite and had plenty of room. Jim and Marian are so nice and welcoming. Jim and Marion were wonderful, always helpful hosts; the food was delicious and tailored to individual nutritional preferences; the property was attractive, functional and well kept; the rooms were comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and functional. We would go back and would recommend it to our friends in a heartbeat.

Really great----lovely people, good breakfast, nice room----loved the historic neighborhood---good access to major roadways----owners very gracious and helpful----saw a part of Tucson not available with a typical hotel/motel stay----plan to stay again next time we're in Tucson.
