My partner and I stayed at the Crickethead Inn for 4 nights and had a marvelous time. Each morning was a treat to wake up and wonder what breakfast delights Wayan would prepare. Besides a fantastic food, breakfast included lively and entertaining conversation with hosts,...More

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Crickethead during our vacation to the southwest. The rooms are quaint, the breakfasts are tasty (Wayan's crepes are the best!) and Mike and Wayan are excellent hosts. We enjoyed watching the javalinas, quail, and skittish coyote come in...More

Rooms have an environmentally friendly system that constantly moves air through; no air conditioning, per se. I was there during some extremely hot weather last summer (119*) and was very comfortable in the room.
