We spent five nights there - it's funny to sit at the desk. People come down or call - they have no hot water. The person at the front is in a tough spot - but being the good soldier assures it's being worked on. Read reviews from past weeks - and you'll read the same - yet

First let me apologize for the water issue you experienced. I appreciate your kind words about the hotel even with the lack of hot water you experienced. We have been working diligently to resolve this issue and have plumbing contractors on site to resolve the issue. It is a delivery problem of the hot water. It is certainly not the type of stay we want for our guests. You mentioned towels and I want to assure you we have an outside laundry, so they are not processed here. That said our main floors have not experienced the water coming and going. Thank you again for staying with us.

First let me apologize for the lack of hot water you experienced. I do want to clear up a couple of points. The plumbing contractor was called and came out and regulated the temperature of the hot water. We tested multiple rooms on all floors and had hot water. It was certainly not our intention to convey false information. Overnight we encountered another drop in the temperature. Our laundry is not done on site, but by a commercial laundry in Phoenix. However, we still had hot water in many areas of the building. The water problem was about moving the water up and over, and did not impact all areas in the hotel. Again, my sincerest apologies.

No hot water for showering. Only a Luke warm shower. Staff was very nice. No breakfast included. Bedroom was nice, but bathroom grout needed a good cleaning. Workout room was a one star. Not up to par with any other higher brand hotels. Old equipment. Treadmill faces away from

I do apologize for the water issue you experienced during your stay with us. We had just completed work on the hot water with our contractor and were surprised to find that this did not rectify the problem. We have called out the contractor again to get the hot water issue resolved. We want everyone to have great stay here at Aloft and I truly am sorry your stay did not meet our standards.

Greetings, Let me extend my sincerest apologies for the hot water you experienced during your stay with us and the response you received. Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. I did want to speak directly to the staff being aware we had a problem. We had an issue involving the delivery of hot water to our rooms and had the original contractor who renovated the building systems out to locate the source of the problem. They completed the work, tested the lines and our hot water returned and the problem seemed resolved. The water is not throughout all the rooms. A week after our new pump had been installed we started experiencing a drop over the weekend of hot water delivery again. Again, I do apologize that this was not communicated. We were doing everything in our power to get the water restored and service our guests. Again my apologies.

Yeah, Phone number is 520-908-6800, front desk should be the first to answer and possibly the only ones to but whoever does I'd just say "I would like to make a reservation." Or even asking them if they have rooms available or what their rate is for that night. One thing I should mention is if you tried calling overnight or early morning there might have been a chance that the front desk person had to use the restroom or take something (like towels) to a guests room real quick and wasn't at their desk when you called (if you did, not sure if you attempted but no one answered or was generally needing to know how to book a room) since typically there is only one of them working when its overnight. Hoped this helped :)

Hi, Caroline! It's connected to a mini mall and a shopping center, so it's convenient. The area seemed safe--it's just surrounded by parking lots so there's the traffic to consider. Wishing you a great trip!
