Ok! Cool design of room, kind of ticky-tacky material but efficient and I can appreciate the modern feel, appeal, too. Thanks for the easy-access security box, though I just used it for the sake of doing so because I never have before, though not because...More

Thanks for review. I am glad you and your 4 legged friend enjoyed the stay. We love our pets here at Aloft and even adopt out dogs for the humane society of Tucson. We are located in a busy part of Tucson, right at the...More
I've stayed a few other places near campus but the convenience of Aloft slayed them all. (Never stayed at the Marriott and it lost its branding so I'm leary of that place now.)
So I stayed here a couple nights and things went well. It...More
Unless you're on the swanky side of town, there are not a lot of hotel choices downtown or near campus. Alofts are good properties in general, the cute little sister of W Hotels.
Check-in experience was very nice, the staff and bartenders are top notch....More

Thank you for the shout out about friendly Talent members and our top notch bartenders. Our lights work off a master switch but you can operate them from each wall location once you turn the masters on. Sorry for the confusion. Glad you enjoyed the...More
We were attending an event at Centennial Hall. 20 minute walk from the hotel. So the location was ideal. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was large, water pressure and temp good. Bed and pillows were nice. 2 free bottles of water and free parking...More
I didn't have high expectations so I suppose my expectations were met. The staff was lovely. The wifi service was patchy and unreliable which made things very tough on this business trip. The rooms were simple but everything I needed was in there. I wouldn't...More

Yeah, Phone number is 520-908-6800, front desk should be the first to answer and possibly the only ones to but whoever does I'd just say "I would like to make a reservation." Or even asking them if they have rooms available or what their rate is for that night.
One thing I should mention is if you tried calling overnight or early morning there might have been a chance that the front desk person had to use the restroom or take something (like towels) to a guests room real quick and wasn't at their desk when you called (if you did, not sure if you attempted but no one answered or was generally needing to know how to book a room) since typically there is only one of them working when its overnight. Hoped this helped :)
Hi, Caroline! It's connected to a mini mall and a shopping center, so it's convenient. The area seemed safe--it's just surrounded by parking lots so there's the traffic to consider. Wishing you a great trip!
