Basically the same as before. I use this hotel because it seems the best for the area of town I need to be in. Bear in mind I've stayed in hotels for 3 nights a week for 30 years so I may be a bit jaded in what I call exceptional. This Sheraton is better than anything near by that...

Was there for a conference. The hotel is undergoing renovation and it was hard to maneuver around the work areas. The upgraded rooms are pretty nice. Was a real trip to get from guest room to the conference center. This might be a pretty nice hotel once the renovations are complete.

If you are a business traveler, or just someone who needs to have internet, stay away. The hotel itself is fine, but the advertised wifi often did not work, and was barely better than dial up when it did. I'm presently in town to visit my family over the thanksgiving holiday. I'm on day 1 of a 10 day reservation,...

The room was spacious and very comfortable. This hotel had one of the best beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. We got an excellent rate that also included the free breakfast buffet. The buffet was very good with a nice variety of food. The hotel was being remodeled but did not disrupt us in any way. The staff...

I would not recommend this hotel. Firstly, they are under construction so the pool is not relaxing at all. The hotel is old. Our room had spots on the chairs and floors. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, cabinets in disrepair. We would have changed hotels however they were all booked. The restaurant was fine. The little gal, Betty was very...

We have been in this hotel 5 years ago and really liked it than, thats why we came back. But this time It is a chaos. We had a lot of small isseus, together it was a bit to much for the Sheraton. We talked to the manager, but it went on till the last day. Now they have withheld...

The staff is very friendly and accompanying. The room is nicely renovated. Nice bar and restaurant located by the pool. Only suggestion would be to allow for more hot water in the shower, Governor set to cold, other than that great stay

Loved the places it was near to! Definitely visit the RoadHouse Cinemas, Biosphere, and Finger Rock hiking trail. As far as the hotel experience goes, pros were the pool, the room, access to a nearby fully-equipped gym (in addition to the smaller on-site fitness room), and the free parking. Cons were the half-functioning room keys, and the mixups with all...

We were aware that the hotel is under renovation and the rate we got for a suite was very good. The suite was very outdated as we expected, but clean and the king size bed was very comfortable as was the bathroom. The foyer is very modern and updated. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
