My three brothers and I booked two nights at the resort. Got to our room after a day of golf and wanted to watch some video from our phone. There is not a connector to do that with the older televisions. We contacted the engineering staff, they came up to our room and said it could not be done, but...

The property is gorgeous and the staff so friendly and accommodating. The restaurants have delicious food with many great selections. The only downside are all of the extra fees. Parking is one of those fees but the garage is far away. As a result you have to pay extra to valet park. It's like paying twice.

My husband and I have regular monthly massages and have traveled around the world and I can honestly say that my deep tissue massage with Maia at the JW Spa was one of the best massages I've ever had. Her 17 years of experience, coupled with her kind professionalism left me feeling relaxed yet invigorated. Worth every penny!

I'm not sure why everyone has mixed feelings about this place but it is a JW. Yes, they can us a better cook, yes they don't have to charge you for every single thing. But the experience alone is five stars. I loved hiking. I loved watching the kids play in the pool. The staff was very nice. The food...

We last fall visited this Marriott as part of a convention. Now normally, vacation visits often are not as great an experience as a personal visit. Well, this was an exception. Although we were with a large group ( filling a major portion of the hotels accommodations) we received outstanding service. We reserved the cheapest rooms available yet had a...

My husband's company held their annual Holiday dinner at this resort. It happened to be the same weekend as their winter wonderland event. We brought the whole family. They had lots of fun events for free and many that required additional payment. Our family had a wonderful time. Besides that, it is a BEAUTIFUL resort. The rooms were amazing and...

Assume resort, staff friendly and very helpful. Surrounded by mountains the mule deer wander down the mountains all day. Breakfast Buffett was great, to chilly for the pool, but looked great, no time for golf but it looked like a beauty of a course. Pricey, this is not your motel 6

We just got back from trip to this amazing resort. So glad we decided to spend a few days here. Our room was great, beds so comfy, and clean as a whistle. Lots of things to do here. They have a list of activities every day. Restaurants in the hotel were good, but the Signature Grill was our favorite. That's...

The grill seated a group of us outside which was comfortable. I had bean patty with sautéed greens on quinoa and it was good. Other meals people did enjoy, but nothing knocked your socks off. It was easy place to eat after a hike. The server was good. Overall a good place to stop in.

Mary B, Thank you for your feedback from your recent experience with us at Signature Grill. I am glad that you enjoyed your dish but wish we could have done better in delivering an exceptional experience for your guests.
