I do not have enough stars or superlatives to describe our Marriott visit: stunning city scapes, sunset Pancho Villa tequila toast, challenging and super scenic golf but most of all truly welcoming and amazing staff. Genuine smiles all around and never opened a door myself. Fabulous.

Sadly, we are leaving Starr Pass today. We have stayed at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass a few times, but had to post a review on them this time. The customer service, rooms, food, overall comfort and experience was outstanding. We travel a LOT, to some wonderful resorts (that don't live up to their hype) and I rarely post...

We've been going here for years, since our daughter attended school at U of A beginning back in 2009. It's been our home away from home ever since. Love the open atmosphere in the lobby, Salud Lobby Lounge, and the patio with firepits. Rooms are always nice, clean, and up-to-date. Restaurants are good, and Catalina Barbecue is a terrific place...

Stayed here for a little under a week for a business trip. For the most part the staff was nice. There were other meetings going on also. A few times a collegue of mine and I would accidentally walk into a part of the resort set up for antoher business and they were not very polite to tell us 'this...

We spent an evening at Starr Pass to celebrate our wedding anniversary in. We were met with an amazing experience in our room and felt so special - like special guests! Our room had an amazing view of the city. Inside our room was decorated with rose petals, tea lights, nonalcoholic sparkling juice, chocolates and a sweet note wishing us...

Stayed at Starr Pass for 4 nights recently. The entire facility is top shelf. The rooms were clean and modern. Pools were kept very clean. Staff was always friendly. Tequila toast was a nice touch. Golf course was difficult but in phenomenal condition. We'll be back!

This beautiful hotel and meeting center in the middle of the desert, this was such a relief from my usual business hotel. The location is stunning, unlike anything in my work experience. Set against a backdrop of gorgeous mountains in the middle of the desert with a gravel running path right out front for a morning run through the desert,...

This hotel is wonderful. It has great restaurant offerings, two pools, and hiking for days. It is right next to Saguaro National Park with a lot of options for daily excursions. It is easily accessible from Tucson airport.

I am remiss at writing my review but a stay like deserves going back in time. We arrived at the hotel and upon check in the woman told us that we could upgrade because of our Marriott status. We said great even though there was a fee involved. Upon hearing that we need a feather free room( I am allergic)...
